2. would be a no if the first answer is a no, does beating enraged unlock him as an upgrade for fatal or something similar

​@@itz_Percyou only need normal fatal badge to use him, enraged badge gives you a chance to get enraged fatal instead of normal when using him (but it's just a damage buff)

slightly challenging, mainly because the attacks themselves are really easy to dodge, but the rng aspect of when he'll use them and how you'll be affected are annoying. The random string effects and the random player teleport can be run enders.
