Irish Drunk Driving Commercial 2000

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!
I know the quality is terrible but I was visiting the in-laws in Ireland back in 2000 and this commercial was taped with a camcorder off the TV. Pretty impressive since there was no DVR to rewind and I was lucky to be ready with the camera.
This commercial shouldn't be funny.
