Injection tool process for auto parts.
Rubber injection molding feeds uncured rubber from a hopper into heated barrel. The elastomer is then pushed by a screw-type plunger into a heated chamber. This material flows through a gate and runner system into mold cavity. The mold remains at the proper temperature until the rubber is cured.

Man you need a safety door so you can't move any of the plates or the mold without the safety door down. The way you pulled that purged material while the mold was closing could end really bad someday.

5 minutes for demolding of parts. Way too long and the mold & machine should have been designed for quick change over / demolding in mind. capacity can be doubled and tooling costs halved by a smart design. Let Kaizen begin...
It takes me 3 mins from the taking parts out , stripping rubber and reloading with 3 mins to spare. But u can't knock his job

Way Way too much time just removing the material in your machine.I counted over 40 seconds to just remove the runner and excess before your employee removed the actual parts.+your mold is cooling down at least 20+degree's before the next cycle.
