sorry I missed this one, and, for those of you who find it appropriate to down abilities, try gratitude that we get class shows... wow, these cats are still makin music... thank you.
People forget his voice has been thru the ringer over the years. I remember he had laryngitis 2011ish which that alone can be super tough to come back from. Let alone all the touring for 25+ years. I’m just grateful they’re still doing what they’re doing. They’re live shows are still amazing
It’s a shame to hear Brandon’s voice now. I remember seeing them in the late 90s and it’s hard to compare to those times. I’m glad they are still kicking it. And I hope he figures out his voice now because he used to be such a great singer!!! And live he was a monster but now it’s tough to watch.
Brandon definitely doesn't sound as good as what he once was. However, I love this rawer sound he has now. He can still hit the notes, he can still sing, and he can still perform his ass off. It's good to see that Incubus is still kicking!
@@joshbiggums4268 Oh yeah, I know that he strained his voice during the recording of "8" alongside getting surgery on a deviated septum shortly thereafter. He had to relearn to sing. I'm sure down the line he'll sound even better than he is now, and he may one day sound close to what he did 20 years ago. Either way, I hope he continues to look after his voice.
@@icyd1amond I saw Incubus earlier this year expecting to be underwhelmed by Brandon's vocals (no hate, that's the way things go), but actually IMO he was sounding very very strong compared to previous years. But they've been touring for months and months now, and it sounds to me that he's finding it hard again now. I hope the band can have some solid rest and recuperation now the tour is over. WE MUST PROTECT THIS MAN ...and he must protect his voice!
Thank you for recording this! What a great show!
nicole is amazing

Great show after the rain! Thanks for filming!

Hell yea thanks for this.
I miss Ben. However, Incubus with Nicole sounds almost the same when Dirk still in the band. Though she can pull either of their style when needed to.

He has greatly improved from previously though. In the past few years he has improved .
