Y Know u could also do these stuff
Easy Tutorial 1:
1. Get baking paper and put tape flat
2. PRINT A picture that fits ur tape's size
3. cut the printed design
4. put it on another piece of tape and layer them on top of each other and cut all
5. peel back off
Easy tutorial 2:
1. Buy sticker paper
2. Draw or print the image. as long as the sticker paper is printable, them u can put it n print
3. cut
4. peel of backing
Easy tip:
if u have no baking paper and a sticker sheet, peel of the back of the sticker sheet and use that for method 1. or get parchment paper if u dont have that then use an old sticker sheet
Easy tip 2: If the ink is bleeding from u printing then go with method 1!!

Different way to do it
This helped me so much and it turned out pretty good!
Easier to do it on label paper and just clear contact over the top. Plus, you can print multiples. But this is good for one-offs with stuff you already have. 👍🏼👍🏼

The easiest way is draw anythig which you want i know it is the most difficult part but still yeah so draw anything and cover it with clear tape and on the back stick double sided tape and done if you don't understand then you can even search how to make stickers at home
