  • Panama, rainy season. Coronado & Boquete. Panama is a very beautiful country, but if you don't like rain, it might not be for you, as when it rains it rains! Here's just a short video showing this, we got wise to the time it started as most days it was roughly the same time, so we only got caught in it the one time, fun times! Enjoy!

Oh I love this video! We visited last October and we loved it so much! And you were right, doesn't matter, it's paradise! Looking into moving there one day and can't wait. Absolutely wonderful place and people!

Reminds me of my days in the Philippines... visiting Panama before end of year. In SW Greece now dealing with the hot breeze from the Ionian sea.

I own a bell pepper farm above Boquete. My pet peeve is Roosters---Roosters can be anywhere, including next to your hotel. If you don't like being awoken at 4:00 AM each morning, then look out for Roosters. My favorite, Rooster free hotel is Haven Hotel & Spa. Nice place and no Roosters.

Why do people have roosters ????

@@ronaldberko86 The Panamanian people are very self reliant. Chickens are easy to keep--They provide eggs for breakfast and meat for barbecue chicken dinners. chickens eat insects, the constantly peck at ground to find insects in the soil, they produce eggs. While roosters aren't necessary for egg production, they are necessary to produce fertilized eggs ( for breeding) and keeping the hens happy. I you don't heed my advise and you book a hotel in Panama that is close to roosters, you will hate roosters also.
