It does bec your skill will be on cd if you click too fast so they purposefully slow it down
the new ability is like a mix of bounty(TARGETS PLAYER) ,infinity (HALTS BALL, ) and singularity (GO SLIGHTLY FASTER WHEN ACTIVATING IT, ALSO SPEEDING UP THE BALL)
Any ability can target somone Aslong as your cursor is looking at them bounty is not special

Isn't bounty js the opposite of reaper bc reaper increases speed by kill bounty increases strength by kill

Reaper does not have the blue inf aura or the ball aura

You can delay your clicks with slashes of fury and it outlasts infinity and forcefield, and pretty sure they don't see the red outline too so no one knows who you're targeting.

Imo infinity still btr due to the fact that they can wait it out then pop their infinity (if they pop slashes of fury they still need to click a lot to make it go fast and the infinity player can just pop infinity when they take too long to block or js wait for the 35 hits)

It’s just not possible to be pro with that ping because you basically have to add the ping to your reaction time meaning a much slower reaction time
