- In this video, I will be showing you how to make a Vegetable Gunda Dosa. This is a really good food to make with left over dosa mix. You can add what ever vegetables you like, it is super tasty and I think everyone should try making this. Dosa mix
Green chillies - 3
Some coconut pieces
Small piece of ginger
½ a carrot
Some curry leaves
Some oil

This is one of my favourite 'kuli paniyaram'. I make all sorts of 'paniyaram' and enjoy eating them. In order to radiate heat all around evenly, you have to place an old 'thosai ' flat iron pan on the stove, when that gets heated, place the 'paniyaram' pan on top of it, then pour in the batter. It would all cook at the same temperature and easier to turn the small pancakes. Be cautious when turning the cakes hold the handle of the 'paniyaram' pot so that you don't topple the pots and hurt yourself. You have inspired me to cook 'paniyaram' for breakfast tomorrow morning. I am going to make oats plus egg and banana 'paniyaram'. My son too loves these 'paniyarams'. Thank you dear, for sharing a wonderful recipe. All the best. God bless. With lots of love.😍💕💕💕🙏
