30 seconds gaps between each position is still real racing. The only time racing isn't real is when one car races all laps while all others just don't move at all, making the moving car the winner by forfeit.
That Team Radio to Lotterer right before the crash with Rast shows how much under pressure such a high caliber Driver like André is. Its a shame Formula E has and probably wont work out for him. His home is Endurance Racing.
Those things are tricky to drive. Not nearly as much grip as other racing disciplines due to the tires and low downforce levels. It's kinda what's great. Makes em scrappy.
@@jcjc7783 Hankook won the bid, so tires it's them for now, can't change. As for downforce, they have it, just not that much. They wouldn't be able to maintain F1 level of speeds anyway because of battery capacity limitations.
I wish you would upload the full 12 minute video (available on the formula E website) to youtube!
They’re different platforms with different audiences.
They’re clearly playing to the attention spans of the YT audience
Real racing. Not 30 second gaps between P1 & P2 to the rest of the grid

@@mophead0766 why don’t they change the tires or build in more downforce like f1?
