StateOfMercury: so i heard you like thrash, so i put thrash inside the thrash
ACADIA it’s a turducken of thrash lol
Thrash thrash
Wait it's all thrash?
Always has been.
@@epicgamerguy6701 💀
@@TransDrummer1312 I was gonna say that
Who saw blackened in quarantine on the official Metallica Channel yesterday?
I did.
Yes, it was epic
That kirk solo was rad👳♀️
Meee🤘🏾⚡
Me
There's so much thrash that the thrash is thrashing the the thrash
Last night I got thrashed and thrashed all over the thrash
On RTL, Creeping Death has elements of Master of Puppets. (Tempo, down-picking, interlude, e.t.c.) It's like a sort of bridge between the two albums. I like how it's essentially the same deal here, where it feels like a bridge between MoP and AJFA. The faster drums, extended intros, e.t.c. While this still undeniably sounds like it came from MoP, it has elements of AJFA that bridge the gap between the two albums, similar to how it did on RTL. I love that, nice job! :)
call of ktulu is the same as well
Fantastic! But I won't be satisfied until every Metallica album in its entirety is done in the style of every other Metallica album.
So let it be written, so let it be done! XD
Enter sandman in the style of kill em all.
@Simon Juelg yessir.
exit light AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaa exit night AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
@@iqceo4276 lol
@@iqceo4276 hahahahaha
The MOP laugh right before “die by my hand” was the cherry on top- as they say. Well done on this one, again. \m/
Alfredo Carranza Yeah it actually sounds like the Angel of Death.
As soon as the drums hit I was like "DAMN BRO OKAY"
This was pure Thrash Metal
But.. You can do Dyer's Eve on Ride The Lighthing and faster than this?
Okay, he finnaly did it.. It was so fuckin' good
If this happened I can die happy.
We need Dyer's Eve as if it were on Reload... is that even possible?
@@crushbrain2416 It possible.. But it already exist and it's Until It Sleeps (Has the same meaning)
@@lacalacadevic2887 until it sleeps its in load.
and no load and reload aren't the same, they have different tones and vocals
The battery feeling on the main riff is so powerful
It's incredible how the feeling of the song changes but it's essentially the same. Imo the only weird thing are the cymbals, maybe they are too bright? Anyhow, amazing man.
My suggestion for the next one is what if Some Kind of Monster were in the Black Album.
@Seba M yes that are him too sense
@@shamicentertainment1262 Too sense my man
Whisky Warlord there is nothing wrong with this. The cymbals are perfect.
@@Charlie_B. aight nigga
SKOM BLACK ALBUM YES.
Man these drum fills are so on point
realmente
1:15 I absolutely love the super subtle Battery reference you sneaked in for a couple notes
The “DIE” chants mix so well with the chugging
You should mix Metallica's next album
What if Seek and Destroy was on the Black Album?
Whiplash on Justiçe or Master maybe?
Harvester of sorrow in the black album pleaaaaasee 🔥🔥🔥🔥
That would sound craazzyyyy
What if Nightmare Long was on black album
That snare sound is perfect, this is awesome overall, hell yeah 🤘🏻
That bridge almost sounds like a RTL/MOP/AJFA hybrid. Cool.
The Outlaw Torn on AFJA might be interesting, Idk lol
Edit: AJFA, apparently I can't spell
Yeayeeeaaaaah!
AJFA* but yeah that would be sick
@Seba M I think lars sometimes added double bass to outlaw torn live
This is a great idea
@@leolaitinen7879 lol thanks for the correction, was tired when I wrote this
5:56 to the end is incredible.
All Nightmare Long on And Justice For All (bass boosted) or MoP
All nightmare is probably one of the most underrated Metallica songs
This is what we needed in quarantine
What you need in quarantine is to go the fuck out and start a goddamn revolution
This is what anyone needed at any point in human history
Musically it reminds me of early Testament for some reason
Ant_Slug you are right
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought that
Reminiscent of "Do or Die", eh? :D
@@bcbitchkkv Yeah it defiantly does, also some Trail by Fire vibes just sped up.
@@bcbitchkkv And The Preacher
Dude i love the little triplet on the low e you added to the verse riff
Blackend 2020 on AJFA
Bleeding me on AJFA
Or on the Black Album, that would be so cool.
The Judas Kiss on ajfa
This is awesome. Been listening to Metallica since 87' and it's like I'm hearing all new songs. My favorites are when you speed up any song. I hope Metallica see these.
That triplet in the main riff is really sneaky and sick!
I missed the premiere of this, but holy hell, this is amazing. Keep up the good work!
This is the ultimate crossover between riff and drum pattern
Amazing reconstruction of one of my favorite Metallica songs, loving the covers dude! Can't wait to see what else you've got up your sleeve!
This is incredible and such a trip! I love the MOP syncopation and charging riffs with those extra chugs on the E. The bridge riff that precedes the solo gives me Disposable Heroes vibes. And that solo is just deliciously MOP. I personally think that the breakdown "DIE" riff in this version is more brutal than the album version personally. All in all, some of your best work, my friend. Keep going, you're a badass!! Rock on, dude 🤘🏻🤘🏻
@@StateOfMercury no worries man 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great way to start off my birthday, thanks mate.
Happy birthday!!
-AK- happy birthday 🤟
Eyyy thanks guys
1 year later and still fucking epic!!
That was awesome but the DIE DIE interlude is too iconic to mess with.
i agree with u linux penguin
I like that the chants go along with guitars.
Agreed
The crash hits ruined it. Would have been better if it was just toms and kick as a nod to Master Of Puppets breakdown
I need to steal this drum sound. I love it
Ooh yess the Die Chants! Really appreciate your hardwork and creativity.
What if Master of Puppets was on ReLoad?
*soft blues noises*
Master of Blues with AiC influence 😎
All of these nuances you put in is what really makes the difference, so good.
Love the harmony intro and the rest so amazing nicely done man 🤟
That double bass in the verse parts is insane ^_^
Another masterpiece
Good job
@@StateOfMercury you are as talented as Metallica brother
@@StateOfMercury i got a suggestion
Nothing else matters on MoP?
Ohhh this is just godly i mean i love Ride The Lightning the most out of every album, but i do adore Master Of Puppets to, so i would say it’s the best era’s of Metallica.
Me and a friend of mine agreed that you could just repackage Ride and Master together as the "Greatest Hits" and not be wrong, lol.
That breakdown was amazing
This is one of my favourites so far, excellent job.
I love some of the details and additions! Yes, I hear them buddy!
Me, every video here and there:
,,I understood that reference"
Love this! EXCELLENT job man! Would love to hear you do “What if Shortest Straw was on The Black Album” 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Dude you really do a freaking cool job on these remakes, keep with the great work and stay heavy, greeting from Brazil!!
Been waiting for this AF
That intro gave me goosebumps, man. Great work
2:55 the reason i demolished the like button.
Awsome!!! Your skill to get the "spirit" of each album and put it in any song amazes me! My humble sugestions now: Holier Than Thou on MOP and Through The Never on AJFA.
You’re doings God’s work man, you nail the nuance perfectly and it’s like I can listen to new old Metallica, thanks dude!
Terrific! Keep it up man please, it's like hearing metallica for the first time all over again
Holly molly. This is super cool! keep up the good job my friend 💪
WORTH THE WAIT! my God how the hell you do that! BEAUTY....PURE BEAUTY!
By far my favorite and that is hard to say since all of your reworks are amazing!
That little gallop in the main riff sounds cool
i’m not first but i have to say, this is great man! i’m impressed every time!
And that solo!!! This must've been the 3rd time I've said this.....this is my favorite one you've done bro!
4:38-4:43 = CHILLS
Man, the DIE chants on this version sound so much heavier and powerful.
1:16 aight I see what you did there. Awesome touch!
The pause before the first line is awesome!
I always listen back to creeping death whenever I need to have a taste of RTL... But hearing this...
IWANTMORE
Absolutely astonishing! Every time the next section is coming up I think “hmm... what’s is part going to sound like...”, I’m always impressed 👍
I hope to hear a Justice or a Puppets rework of Jump in the Fire!!!🔥
metal militia on ride the lightning. :0
Thanks for this. I'm never disappointed in these.
Nice work as always! There are definately a lot of songs from RTL I think would sound great on MOP, and a lot of stuff from MOP that wiuld sound interesting on RTL, or stuff on MOP on AJFA, or from AJFA on MOP.
But specifically also I think a lot of their slower/heavier or even ballad songs would sound great on the Black Album (songs with asterisk you've already done as far as I know) like these (these are the songs I like to categorize as songs that could be in the Black Album or hinted at the Black Album before it came out):
*Fade to Black
*For Whom the Bell Tolls
*Creeping Death
Thing That Should Not Be
Sanitarium
Leper Messiah
Eye of the Beholder
Harvestor of Sorrow
And maybe even the instrumentals like Call of Ktulu, Orion, or To Live is to Die or early songs from Kill Em All like Four Horsemen, No Remorse, and Seek and Destroy, but definately the songs I listed before.
I also know not all the stems are available (for vocal tracks especially, but I appreciate the efforts you make anyways).
That is one thing I think should do someday is release the stems (at least from all their first 5 albums, especially since I'd love to hear Cliff's bass tracks, and Jason's tracks on AJFA, which you can kind of hear in AJFA rough mixes).
I think releasing the master stems with the deluxe reissues would have been a nice edition, and I do think Metallica owns all their stems now so it's not like it can't be done.
Since we do have all the stems for Death Magnetic though I'd love to see reworks from this album if it were on AJFA, or maybe even MOP or RTL or even Black Album. But especially maybe AJFA, since that's the album it most closely resembles (or else a close cross between AJFA and Black Album).
You bastard, you did not just add the Master of Puppets laughter hehe.
What if For Whom the Bell Tolls on Justice? Imagine that
But there wouldn'be bass intro
Dude, nice job (as always).
I hope you release your own music soon.
Another awesome one! Love these!!!
Please consider doing Suicide and Redemption on Ride the Lightening
I need to get my hands on the tabs for this rendition, this is artistry at its finest.
Four horsemen on master of puppets
Sounds fuckin dope 🖤love these videos
God yours vids are amazing man...thinking of doing some covers of your remakes lol
Sounds like battery sometimes, like around the 3 minute mark. Good job 😜
WHOA WHAT A TUNE
It's almost perfect... Waiting for drums tutorial!
This is such a cool rework, amazing job!!
Good remake dude 👍
Dude that breakdown was fucking insane!!!
Another gem. Well done sir
Ok this is it, you just got a new subscriber
hell yeah ... nice one ;) thnx
You're a literal wizard. Holy fucking shit!
Oooh that DIE chant causes chills
Hell Yeah! Love this as well! \m/
Awesome as always😍
So awesome!!🤘🏻
love it mann 🔥❤️❤️
THE DIE PART
IT'S FUCKING HEAVY
MY NECK HURTS
That solo x_x Epic!
Shit I heard most of your remixes this is so sick fucking heavy love disposable heroes and my friend of misery battery for justice style. Creeping death one of the best opening songs in a concert
Pitch perfect, thank you very much :D
I would like to hear something in the style of Kill 'Em All because this hadn't been done that much :)
