      Thank you very much for taking interest in my video... Actually theta is angle between position vector of field point and z axis, and direction of theta is that direction in which theta will increase , In this case discussed above theta is 90 degree of this horizontal position vector with z axis, theta will increase if position vector line moves downward, so downward direction is direction of theta.
