I always recommend keeping at least 1 copy of epic and leggo champions for just this reason. Hopefully you can get another soon!!

I would assume she's gonna work similarly to pain keeper, who can reduce cooldowns of each other

Yumeko is the only one that can have their cooldown skill reduced. Even painkeeper can not have the cooldown reduction skill reduced.
