Refresh your front door this spring with this adorable tulip basket wreath! Today, I'll show you an interesting way to use a square wire wreath frame to make this sweet flower wreath!!! I use poly burlap mesh in this tutorial, but you could easily substitute deco or fabric mesh for the flowers.
I bought my mesh for this project from:
Craftoutlet.com
Supplies:
1 roll each of 10" wide poly burlap mesh in the following colors: milk chocolate brown, white, pink, fuchsia, and grass green
One 14" square wire wreath frame (I purchased mine at Craftoutlet.com)
2.5" wired ribbon (approximately 3 yards) for wreath center (I purchased mine at Craftoutlet.com)
8" zip ties
#5 plastic mesh for the center of your wreath frame
Coordinating felt for the back of your wreath
Glue gun

Great job. Very springy and pretty. I couldn’t believe you were going to buy a wreath when you are so talented and creative to make a tulip wreath. Thanks for sharing this.
Very pretty & creative. I’ll have to give it a try when I don’t have so much going on. Trying to get ready for a show at the moment. Thanks for sharing💕
Another awesome and amazing creation
Thank you for sharing and for the tutorial.
Beautiful, I'll have to try this one.
It looks awesome! I love it ❤
It is really pretty. Question - could you have used larger piece of the plastic mesh to cover entire center and then use the bottom of plastic to attach the basket poly to it in multiple rows as opposed to wrapping the mesh around the form?.
Absolutely! Great idea…you could probably cut down on the amount of brown mesh that way. Any extra cuts or zip ties should get covered with the felt backing 😊
Is it necessary to use the length of zip ties you use? I love this craft ❤😊
Not at all. When I first started crafting wreaths, I used 4, and sometimes 6”, zip ties. They all get the job done. I just like the length and thickness of the 8” zip ties. I find them easier to manipulate with my hands. Thanks for the question!!!
😅What colors could you use for a summer baskett
