I've been chased out of Walmart more than once doing this. The trick is to pump up the tires first or you'll never get any speed .

I remember back in the day when you would have to go to a decent bike shop to buy a Mongoose lol. I was always a diamond back guy but I used to see some cool color Mongoose bikes in the bike store.

@@Epik-hm8ws well Mongoose started out as a pro model bike and then they kind of sold out to Walmart years and years ago and you could find them and Sears at Macy's anywhere that would sell bikes Mongoose is technically we're a staple in department stores... So they were easily attainable and they were affordable... Made out of high-tensile steel.. budget parts mostly... But now Mongoose has redeem themselves as pro.. Matty Cramer rides for Mongoose rn

@@Epik-hm8ws yes it's very cool to see the transformation they took. They always have had these pro level bikes that you could order from the catalogs. I had one it was the mongoose menace I had hi rise bars on it. It sucked compared to my bike now. But it was good for the time being

Most socked the handle bars did not move or fold or something. Plus that Walmart must be in a nice part of town because there would have been no air in the tires and they would have been locked up to the gills in this was the Walmart by me.

I have this bike, best Walmart bike I’ve owned, and I’ve had a lot of them, this is the only one that hasn’t got destroyed
Please tell me the truth, about the steering wheel is it easy to just tighten it so that it won't turn by it self where you have to hold it at a specific angle to keep it straight. I saw videos like that and that's when I thought it wasn't safe

@@BuzzGoober2329 thank you, I wanted to buy a good bike for a budget. And I've been hearing and seeing on CZcams that people brought a bmx from Walmart and already their bar got loose when they did the spin.
@@luisthegamer23 to be fair you might want to give it a tune up before riding, I tune my bike up regularly and I removed the stickers so now it looks like a real bike that’s not cheap, I wouldn’t recommend buying a Walmart bike unless you’re mechanically inclined and willing to work on your bike cause I have to adjust my brakes Monthly
@@luisthegamer23 oh and the quality of the bike is locally dependent, some Walmarts poorly assemble bikes some do it well, here in Kansas we have good bike assemblers, I actually work on bikes as a hobby so I don’t mind fixing it but make sure to check the brakes and bars before buying

I didn’t get security but they did kick me out I was about 14 with my uncle and went to the bikes while he was somewhere else in the store me and my cousin sat in the bed of the truck for like 30 minutes waiting for him😂😂
