They do have the license. It says DC all over the packaging. McFarlane hasn’t been 100% honest about the gun thing. Guns can’t be packed in with items that are sold in the toy aisle - he explained it in an interview. This isn’t even in stores.
I think in China it's okay, this is a China market only figure.
No such anti gun policy in China. No guns allowed in China for citizen so no fear of gun violence.
