I'm not a big IEM user for gaming, but I liked the overview! It's nice to see there's good value options for directional audio in competitive games for those that prefer IEMs. Plus I also just like Crinacle 😎

Right now am using the hd58x and am sooo happy with it , but overtime i get annoyed from heat build

What did you think of them? I have the same headset and the same problem, currently on hot days I'm Salnotes Zero for gaming, it has good directional imaging, it's slightly worse than HD58x and has no imaging depth or sense of space, I bought the Truth ear Zero to test it out, waiting for the delivery.
My only problem is not being able to adjust the volume. Max volume through pc settings and in game settings and it still sounds to low
Check to see if your IEMs and wires are all plugged in fully.
Time to get a dac amp stack.

It's fine with or without the mixamp from astro. These IEMs are 3.5mm jack which is standard in controllers and mother boards

It could be a a bad pair of IEMs if they don't work. Check to make sure that you have the wires plugged into the IEM fully and make sure you put Left & Right correctly.

It's highly recommended because your motherboard audio will not amplify as well compared to a DAC/Amp will to utilize the IEMs at it's fullest.
usb-c apple dongle works perfect for these on PC

You need to buy a seperate IEM cable w/microphone [2 pin - .78mm, 3.5mm Headphone Jack] make sure to have 3.5mm for the IEM ir else it won't fit into your PS5 controller's Headphone Slot.
Would you recommend these for a person that plays escape from tarkov?
I have never tried it for tarkov, but I have used these for CS:GO and they work phenomenally.

Do you need an amp/dec to run these or do they work good without it?
IEMs can work fine without DAC/AMP. The DAC/AMP just helps use the iem to its fullest.
These IEMs have low resistance but also low sensitivity. You may need to 100% the volume for them on generic Realtek motherboard audio with default drivers. Some have said that you can still boost "headphone power level" through the bundled audio software.

Sadly no, there are some iem cables that are sold seperately that you can buy, but majority of iems you will buy don't have a microphone.
