I have said many times that LBJ is the main problem for losing. He likes to control the ball, but too slow and simple. He always just stands watching from outside the curve and waiting for the ball, not moving around to create opportunities for teammates. He always shows pessimistic towards teammates’ faults or missing, but not himself .

This shows the weakness of coach Frank Vogel, he thinks the Lakers are an old team which cannot play the transition game well, as a result he made them into this half-court isolation play team, relying on individual defensive plays. That has failed them this season. There is still time to change.
