This is great. Makes me realize a hugely valuable video you could make James…the step before full Plaid-style banking flow: ACID transactions in FF/Buildship/FirebaseOrSupabase. Even if I’m not accessing the financial system, there are times I want to implement proper transaction management, where a state change in a record, like changing the user in an owner field of a collection document is done in a way that, for example, rolls back properly if it doesn’t complete correctly through a full workflow across front end, API calls, etc. Setting up front end and buildship/middleware/backend to ensure ACID transactions are properly set up would be a great design pattern to have in easy-peasy form. From there, Plaid/etc can be safely integrated.
Great tutorial and explanation of how to make APP. Can you help me with the name of the tool you are using for the documentation of your project design and the database schema you are always showing at the beginning of videos?
