    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢:
    * Raw Mango(कच्चे आम) - 500 Gram
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    * Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Water(पानी) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Salt(नमक)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚:
    * Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - 2 Piece/200-250 Gram
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
    * Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/4 Cup
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
    * Lemon(नींबू) - 1
    * Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
    * Salt(नमक)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚:
    * Crushed Black Pepper(कुटी हुई काली मिर्च) - 1 Tsp
    * Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
    * Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩:
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗶 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶, keep a steamer for heating & put some Raw Mango in it & give them steam for 10-12 minutes. Then peel off them & separate the pulp in a bowl. Put the Mango pulp into a mixing jar, some Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Sugar, Water & Salt. Grind well & make a smooth mixture. Pour the ground mixture into the ice cream/kulfi molds, cover with silver foil & place in the freezer overnight, or for at least 8 hours. At last, dip the bottom half of the mold in water & roll the mold with your palms over a plate so that the Kairi Kulfi slides out.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆, take a mixing jar & put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes & Salt. Grind well & take out the chutney into a bowl & keep it aside.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮, in a bowl, take some crushed Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, roasted Cumin Powder & Chat Masala. mix well & keep aside.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝘁, keep the pan on the flame and put Sugar & Water. Cook till the Sugar gets dissolved well. Then turn the flame off & keep it aside for cooling down.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮, keep the pan for heating & place Raw Mango/Kairi on it. Cover with a big steel bowl & cook on a low to medium flame for 20-25 minutes. Then peel off them & separate the pulp. Then put the pulp into a jar, some Water & mix well with the whisker.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, in a tall glass, first add Green Chutney, some Ice Cubes, Masala, Mango Pulp, Sugar Syrup, Chilled Water & some Mint Leaves on top & sprinkle some Spices. In this way, a very refreshing summer special street style Kairi Panna & Kairi Kulfi will get ready to serve.
