#TheRollingStones - Hudba
By far one of the Stones best songs...grossly underrated.
Absolutely beautiful. And dont forget the album. One of my all time favs.
Facts man facts
Yes! It’s one of their best beautifully made ballads🖤💙🤍
Steel Wheels-- an underrated album.
You're absolutely right. They had hits with songs that were nowhere near as good as this one.
The most beautiful song I've heard from the Stones. Criminally underrated.
❤
It' s The BEST song
Hardly criminal if many people recognize it's value.
@luirive If i may ask, what instrument do you play or are you a singer?
@@BettydeB. I am a baritone. I also play guitar and drums. Cheers!
As Mick says at 0:51, "I can't believe you're gone" Charlie. Rest In Peace Master 🙏🏻
I love Keith! Te acompaño en este dolor!
And that could happen before with Brian Jones.
@@mairto13 ...good for you but your comment is completely out of context...
I got a tribute: czcams.com/video/KS2Gkc5pR4A/video.html&ab_channel=FernandoE.Nitto
After Mick sang that video cut right to Charlie.
You can't copy the groove of Charlie Watts. He will never be forgotten. R. I. P. ❤️
God bless him. One of the greatest drummers ever to live, and so modest about it.
Never be replaced
I love his look when he drums, it’s so solid and smooth. Controlled explosions in a way.
Never never RIP Charlie
Charlie Cool
Great song! Keith always cool!
World's greatest rock band.
I went along with them all my life since I was twelve in 1963! Still I like it since the first day!
Pleasant surprise this morning...#SteelWheels is a great album!! I was thinking about "Mixed Emotions" this morning right before you posted it...
"STICKY FINGERS"
Everything about this song is perfect.
Right!
@@keriaustintwinsurge316 This is one of my favorite songs! This song didn't get enough air play, in my opinion.
Im truly dying very slow and never ending
a trick: you can watch movies at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching lots of of movies recently.
@Kashton Peter Yea, I've been using flixzone for since november myself =)
While stopped in traffic, I had this song blasting in my car. When a cop walked up to my window I thought he was going to tell me to turn it down. Wrong. He wanted to know the name of the song and who sang it, and said it was a great song.
Ron wood, mmmm doggies
Keith wrote this one...
One of the most beautiful lovely sounding Rolling Stones songs ever. A treasure of a nugget.
Preach it, Bro!
yes!! He should have put Jerry in the vid ("co;ld look in ur eye")
or a nugget of treasure...
This is the best Rolling Stone song most people have never heard!
Discerning public this time. Keith photo by the way left over from Talk is Cheap. Final deline began here.
Just a true..
Such a beautifully crafted song. Charlie’s drumming glued this whole thing together. RIP sir.
Charlie looking & playing beyond perfect here. RIP Mr Watts.
Charlie Watts - Impeccable drummer with style and grace. RIP Charles Robert Watts.
This is such an underrated song in the Stones' catalog. Such a great groove from Charlie to start, as well as throughout, the song. And he's so meticulously dressed as always.
Vitreous Lamella I couldn't agree with you more. I don't remember if this song even got air play, but it sure should have. I had this, (ICR if it was a CD, cassette or Album, whew, I'm sure telling me age) "Steel Wheels!" I think that it was truly underrated, for it had some great songs. This song was 1 of my favorites. In the Fall of 91', I was in love & lust, with the man that I thought was my soul-mate. I moved in with him in December of that year, married him 2 1/2 years later, had a child together 2 years after that. In 99',we moved to the beach and we broke each other's heart, & started out divorce proceedings, which took 21/2 years to complete. I remarried one of the sweetest & kindhearted men that ever existed, and I love him so much. Yet, for whatever reason my ex, has and will eternally
have a huge part of my heart. I have been in Therapy, to a Physchiatrist who specializes in Marital issues,Counseling groups!, discussed this with my Primary Doctor, and I have done exactly what I was told, yet I can't let go. I have NO control on what I dream, and I dream both good & bad about him, @ least 3x's a week. WOW, I can't believe that I am texting all this, after just hearing this song. I am not a young lady, but in my early 50's. I must be absolutely crazy. Thanks for letting me vent, on here.
Maybe this will help someone,
I hope if you're in a relationship, and believe that you're with your Soul-mate, give it your best. Do EVERYTHING that you can, to work it out. Be certain "that your relationship is definitely over, and that there's no going back." Don't get into a new relationship (I wasn't looking for anyone, he found me, and he loved my 5 year old daughter. He's been an awesome Father to my girl. My ex is so hurt with me, and loathes my husband, he said "I can't see you again, and he's in Control of you both. You're on your own. I truly thought it was an empty threat; yet I knew him so well. I wanted to wait years, before I remarried. DON'T let your friends talk you into it, with their words "You're so blessed to have a man that loves you & your child." "You'll learn to love him, and it will only get better." "How could you say no to him, he adores you."
Have "the guts & strength to say, not now, maybe later." I've never learned to say," NO! Mean it!" Okay, this crazy woman is thru. All of this from hearing this song. Forgive me. 😊❣❣
best back beat in rock and roll
@keith Richards 👌
Amen to that. One of their classic signature grooves. The masters of song building. Ive always thought that if a higher power gathered the Delta Blues masters from long ago and said drop in on earth and form a rock band it would be the Stones. The Stones - forever more roll than rock
Fuck. Yeah. Back. In. The. Day. Hun.
One of my favorite Rolling Stones songs, terribly underrated and overlooked.
Are you kidding me?!?! Only gets better with age- Keith, Mick, Charlie, Woodie are amazing. There is no discussion- the greatest band ever!
Keith was a pirate in another life, the human riff. This is magic!!!
Mick always 2024 )
this song gives me the chills. it's absolutely amazing
I agree.So powerful the emotion
this songs beat has a haunting & mesmerising scorn... and the lyrics
capture the vacancy of
loss___.
Such feel & emotion on this one . Love it !
Thought about this song a lot of times after Nicole Brown Simpson was murdered...
Nailed it!
Thank you for everything, Charlie. Rest well...
🖤
While the others gather and listen to the hits I'm alone, shattered listening to this.
If you ever get the chance to tell Mick, Keith, Ronnie, or any other of the Stones that, I bet they would love that.
@@jkckmarcumful Didn't think anyone would read that comment.
Thanks for the kind words and nice taste in music
What an impactful remark. Hope you are ok🙂
Me too
This is my favorite song on Steel Wheels, the reunion album. We are so glad they made up friends again and did this record.
The tour was absolutely great, too.
They shredded last one with Bill Pert!
@@DDEENY
@@SteveJonesPerezCom Who is "Bill Pert"? You're not referring to Bill Perks, Bill Wyman's real name, are you?
In the top ten Stones songs. It has everything. Blues, soul. lyrics; I feel the song
That rhythm section never to be duplicated. They are not making them anymore folks. Great Songs.
The look in Keith's eyes - he emotes throughout this amazing gem - and what he adds with that beautiful guitar - extraordinary
Keith is AMAZING!! His heartlight shines very bright and the joy he brings to the world through his music!! Legendary! Forever Keith!!💚💙💖😊🎸🎶
And he plays it so easily ! Awesome!!!!!!!
Cuchi él día que te vea te voy a agárrarte del corazón ❤️
My Silver Bel its a great story
The unmistakable twang of Keith's guitar, always gets to me when I hear their ballads, like this song, so beautiful and the emotion in Mick's vocal, what a performance from the greatest rock n roll band in the world.
Tonight I'm listening to this song in memory of one of my all time favourite and greatest rock drummers ever, Charlie Watts. Rest in peace and my sincere condolences to your family and the entire band.Amazing timekeeping.. .
...well said...im still in shock even tho its been about a week now...he was my favorite drummer since i was like 13...i miss him a lot...R.I.P. Charles Robert Watts💕🎶🥁🎶💕
Great song
Born in 59 and this is the best Stones song, bar none

After hearing the sad news of Charlie Watts passing...I came here to visit one of my favorite songs❣
🖤
Elegant song. That Spanish guitar that Keith is playing also really adds alot of class & takes the song to a whole other level.
Brilliant. I wholly agree, 6 years later. The solo is so tight that I cannot replicate it totally on my acoustic guitar.
@@carterjayhovland9575 LOVE it when Keith reveals his softer side.
That gives soft dynamics to the hard edges- plus the refrain, chorus, lyrics- on and on...
That is a unique Silver Bel acoustic
We are all crushed. Thank you Charlie for everything.
One of their best songs. Come on Stones, put it back in the setlist!
One of my favorite Stones songs. Always put me in a good place. RIP Charlie. Thanks for your brilliance.
Give God His due credit for making Charlie. God is a genius. Thank you.
Transports me to a better time.
🧡
This song is definitely up there with their classics. A great tune and a hidden gem.
Yes Agreed!!!
26 years ago this was the soundtrack of my first vacation with my girlfriend who is now my wife...beautiful song
Yes I totally agree! I love the story about your first vacation. Very beautiful!😊💖
Wow! Same here 1991
First vacation with my boyfriend and this tape was constantly playing in our car as we drove through Norway. Got married a year later and we have just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary 🤩
Love this. Proof that sometimes less is more...

Most underrated song ever, Charlie keep Rocking In Paradise (R.I.P.) 🥁🙏🏻✌🏻✨💫
My favourite stones song, Keith is a genius.
Mine also Keith’s guitar sings
Same riff played at least three different ways. Keeps the ear and mind engaged as to what's coming next.
Melancholic, haunting, beautiful. Masterpiece!
Agreed. One of their finest songs.
When I broke with my wife after 30 years I spent a couple years trying to figure things out a stranger recommended this song I listen to it for too long
How could anyone dislike this song?
my 96 year old grandmother loves this song
what a beautiful girl your grandmother!!
Your grandmother is the cooolist person EVER!!
I am not too fond of their stuff post-Tattoo You, but I like this one!
Cause they have no clue and are dickheads !!!
underrated song ....this song moves me....reminds me of the one I ........
christopher perry one of the hottest songs of all time, no doubt!
+christopher perry your comment deserves more likes..... here I...
+christopher perry that's right....i don't know, but among all the beautiful songs from the stones, this one stuck in my mind for ages and to this day i sometimes research it back to listen to it again....
luv this song just like you do x
Yes, very much underrated.
My favorite Rolling Stones song of all time. RIP, Charlie
Jaggers performance in this video is brilliant, this is why he's the best.
Musical genius...this is an absolute masterpiece! We'll never see another band like these guys on planet Earth!
Согласна!
RIP Charlie Watts, one great musician goes to heaven
God i love your music Fuckers. You blues masters . I love you guys you always know how to hit the spot .
Yes, I totally agree! You know just where the spot is to hit!!😊💖
Just remember, Denis Leary promised that when he opens up his bar, there will only be Rolling Stones 24 hours a day!!!! Songs like this would constantly get heard which radio stations forget.
Always will love this band. They are so much more than people realize.
@sarahhammermann7239 your right I will always love The Rolling Stones there such a very underrated band they sure made the best music I have ever heard in my life and no one admires them as much as I do I have all there cds even bootlegs I want more there a lot better then people think they are and people either like Led Zeppelin of The Beatles those bands suck there overrated well I know the stones should have called it a day after steel wheels they were getting old and Bill Wyman is 7 years older then Mick and Keith he left didn’t wanna do it anymore he stopped the whole band should have hung it up after steel wheels
Keith is playing so damn fine in this song
An absolutely classic Stones song. Older and full of regret. Great hooks and bridges, it never leaves your head after you hear it.
perfect comment
Yes, I totally agree! A very alluring hauntily song. I love it very much!💚💙💖😊🎸🎶
What you says is true! This song is like glue in my head!
@@sabinianomaia4844 Its like that for me as well. I listen to it every night.
2024. Still my favourite Stones song
What a great Keith Richards solo on the classical guitar.
I can almost hear you sigh
I can almost hear you cry
On every crowded street
All the places we would meet
What will I do without you
They say that life goes on
I'm feeling sorry for myself
I can't belive you're gone
You acted much too calm
You turned on all the charm
You had a cold look in your eyes
I can feel your tongue on mine
Silky smooth like wine
I'm living with those memories
That's all that's left of you and me
I can almost hear you sigh
Almost hear you cry
When you made sweet love to me
And you turned on all the charm
Acted much too calm
You had a cold look in your eyes
Did it mean nothng
Was it all in vain
Was I just your fool
Or was the pleasure pain
Have you set me free
Or will I wake up
In the morning
And find out it's been a bad dream
Come on, I beg you
I want to be your main man
I can almost hear you sigh
Almost hear you cry
When you make sweet love to me
Almost see your smile
It stretched half a mile
You had a stone cold look in your eyes
Just discovered this - it's fabulous. Why was it never played ? It's too good to be hidden away in the cupboard. THANK YOU so much for posting the lyrics.
I so love the song! Wow! I love seeing the words to the song! Just wonderful!!! This speaks to my soul!! 💚💙💖😊🎸🎶
Never tire of this this song. One of their best songs.
When you're feeling melancholic especially, it's a good one to have in your head. It continues to amaze me how many tender, thoughtful songs are in their category: "Time Waits For No One", "The Last Goodbye", "Biggest Mistake". You almost never hear about them but they're just as great as the better known stuff I say.
~ Whoop, whoop ! \0/

My elder brother died suddenly around this time , this melancholy masterpiece was like a balm in some way. The Stones are incredible. ( ps 'Out of Tears' & 'Already Over Me' would sit comfortably in your list?)
Musically it is perfection.
Rest easy Charlie, your music made party's legendary.
Wonderful solo with the Spanish Guitar.....
Another VERY under-rated Stones song !!
@keith Richards this song is my favorite you make the guitar sound like a mandolin. Just beautiful my favorite. The song has a special place in my life after going thru a hard time. Thank you 💕
One of the most romantic songs ever written ..❤❤
I can’t believe Bill is gone almost 40 years.
We love you, Charlie! Rest in peace
Truly one of their masterpieces...the vocals, the bass, the guitars and best of all...KEEF !!!!
This is one drop dead gorgeous song...
"or was the pleasure pain?"
not underrated, but hidden in plain sight. Keith's best from what I have heard from him. the whole video being black and white is on point.
This song is fuckin addictive

I wonder if Keith even knows he’s playing.. the man just makes The guitar do whatever he wants
This song is smooth as Silk & Haunting ! Anybody that's been in this situation ( almost everybody ) can relate to the lyrics !
Absolutely...truth in lyrics. Takes me to a better time...just wish it would have worked out differently. So this song takes me to heart break, but I wouldn't change a thing.
Maybe the best Stones ballad.
I think it is. ❤️
One of the post-Tattoo You perfect little known gems.
+pup lover By the way... this song could be a tattoo you track.
+Daniel Pardo That's true.
Rock, Jazz, R&B, Flamenco guitar all in one song There's talented - Many Are. There is Genius - That's the Stones
After so many years still one of their best songs! Pure classic!
Great song from an underrated album, "Steel Wheels".....
When life hits hard only the Stones are the light at the end of the tunnel
slow dance with The Rolling Stones
I never realized how great this song is.
a brilliant song from an underated album.
had it on tape recorded from radio...kids are a spoiled now
ain't that the truth. I remember catching a tune on the radio and recording it. Ahh those where the days.
saeed iqbal that also...I believe music has already peaked
At 0:57,it just goes to show how cool Charlie Watts was that all he had to do was to just stand there and do nothing for a couple of seconds.....R.I.P Chuck.
The rythmic heart of the Stones died.
Rest in peace, Mr. Watts!
The twirl of the drum sticks are Charlie’s wings fluttering🕊
The Stones were and are pure rebellious genius. Effortlessly cool, and always on point.
It’s a masterpiece. All of the elements that comprises a great song.
Always loved this song, especially Charlie’s drums. RIP , Mr. Watts.
Forgot how good this song is, that nylon string solo... the great return album, and Bill's last one I think.
rest in peace charlie...thank you for your legacy
Best song off Steel Wheels
Soooooo good ❤❤❤❤
My favorite Stones song of all time. And the line..." I can feel your tongue on mine, silky smooth like wine" is one of the sexiest lines ever! Such an under rated song!
RIP Charlie, keep in grooving in heaven
If you're still playing this in 2023...we can hang out....was 20 years old....53 now...crazy how time flies....Mick was only 47 then...
R.I.P. Charlie Watts. You'll never be forgotten.
Sometimes when a band like the Rolling Stones has a lot of great songs, a lot of other great songs tend to get buried in the mix. It's also my favorite Stones song, and it's a damn great one at that.
I'd forgotten about this tune.. its as good as anything from their previous catalogue, but somewhat overlooked sadly.. a beautiful tribute to the impeccable Charlie.. farewell to one of a kind.
😊
Rest in Peace, Charlie.
Amazingly underrated track, with an outstandingly haunting atmosphere. Has the same sexy, steady "Beast of Burden" groove. Tremendous feeling from all the players, especially Keith and Charlie. One of Mick's all time best vocals.
"Or will I wake up in the morning and find out it's been a bad dream?"
Something so haunting about that particular moment.
Perfect, Rest In Peace Charlie Watts, Echoing For Eternity!
