    Love it!!! 🤩😊👍Glad that you're uploading these varnishing videos. A lot of people are getting into pouring being at home now & always have varnishing questions. I've shared your videos numerous times! I know I appreciate your tips and tricks- always so helpful! Thank you!

      I had my struggles with varnishes myself ^^ some cracked, some did not dry evenly and showed brush lines (which I hate....) and some did not dry clear....so far the top coat worked most reliable but glad some I can also answer some questions people might have on their journey :)

    I pour my varnish also. I use more and catch the run off in a clean container so i can use it again. Beautiful piece and thank you for the video

      thank you so much!! I tried that as well (catching it) but when noch quick enouch it started drying already and got chunky so I tried to figure out how much I will need to get as little drip off as possible...Some varnishes I thin down a bit when too thick but downside...some do crack or rip themselves apart when drying....never had this happen with the topcoat so far.

    Hi Michael,
    Thank you for sharing how you varnish your paintings. Isn't that the varnish from DecoArt, where you have to till the canvas?

    • @MKLGRMFineArt
      @MKLGRMFineArt Před 4 lety +1

      yes it is. But there is always more then one way to make things work. I tried their "recommended use" and it wasted so much of the product....so I tried it that way...and it works brilliantly :)

    What is the acrylic binder for? Beautiful!

    • @MKLGRMFineArt
      @MKLGRMFineArt Před 4 lety

      it makes the paint hold together. When you thin acrylics with water only they use their cohesion and sometimes tend to crack or flake or dry uneven. The binder keeps everything in shape. It basically is the same stuff acrylics are made of but it has no pigments in.

    Hello can you help me so I’ve been watching your videos your paintings are beautiful♥️ I have my paintings level why do I always lose my cells before it’s done drying? What can I do?

    • @MKLGRMFineArt
      @MKLGRMFineArt Před 3 lety

      so you have cells in the first place and they dissappear over time? Do they stretch or run off the sides? How thick is the paint mixture that u are using?
