I get clear plastic veggie cutting sheets from the dollar tree. You can lay them over the practice sheet and no need to clean the practice sheet. Dried paint cleans off easy from the plastic.

Another tip is to draw in a watercolor pencil the same shade as your paint and the drawing disappears!
