Apex Detail I’ve used it on my Honda. Had dealership imperfections. Worked great. Can you top with a true ceramic or just their spray? Cause I like using it
There is an AMMO video with Kevin Brown demonstrating polishing with hand lotion. The 200 "advanced" series is actually pretty entertaining.. though I'm not personally a big fan of the blunt, messy "mow down" techniques, but it can obviously be very successful. 👍👌✌
I would of laughed at a turtle wax products a year ago as “my dads wax” But since I started using seal and shine I have more respect for the product line.
But why make anything work, when as a pro wouldn't be more intelligent and better time management to choose the best product they know to get the best results within a better time frame?... time is money. I wouldn't want to waste time making something work, when I know a better product works faster and I can get better results from.
Brian, I have to jump in here and say, man you are so appreciated making videos like this. I have recently referred a friend of mine, who owns his own detailing company to you and your videos for no nonsense real world testing and advice on what to buy and use and how. This video is another shining (pun intended) example of why I pay such close attention to what you are working so hard to do and share with all of us. I especially am impressed with how you honor our veteran servicemen and women , by finding cost effective yet high performance ways of saying thank you, as shown in this video. I have already switched to Turtle wax seal and shine as well as Hybrid Solutions on your testing and recommendation, thank you. I even may get back into detailing as a side line again because of your encouragement, example, and this new product line. I use some of my detailing skills and products to keep my Corvette customers cars tidy while doing maintenance and repair at our shop, I always pass along what I've learned and what others like yourself have shared to encourage and equip them with the right ways to preserve and protect their cherished rides. I know this is a really long comment, but, I had to take the time and let you know you are making a difference. 👍🏻👍🏻
3 years ago this video helped out a newbie wanting to clean/ do it the right way / try it without breaking the bank/ get great results(Yes folks it works) = Thank you.Been a sub still a sub.
Brian, just watched your latest video using Turtle Wax Cermic polish and wax. First I want to thank you for using everyday products that we have access to at our local auto store. Second I want to thank you for supporting our veterans. I am a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer Three, and I appreciate you supporting veterans. You are my favorite detail professional and I learn something everytime I watch your videos. Keep up the good work and thank you again! Tom Botkin
Awesome video sir. Im a iraq vet completed 2 tours in iraq. Thank you for your support. And please keep making honest and great videos. Thanks for the info.
I've used this polish and it works great. It was my very first time polishing also and it came out wayy better than I expected. I'd say this is an excellent beginner's polish.
I have been using this ceramic Polish for about a year now this polish helped me remove holograms off a black vehicle Without the purchase of a DA polisher. I noticed that on the directions it said to use a foam pad and it has paint correction abilities so this is my new wax. I love this stuff
I've been using this product and applying it by hand since it came out and I've been very happy with it - lasts longer than any product I've used before at an affordable price. Watching your application with this exact product using a D/A is especially informative and helpful since manual application is getting too difficult with aging hands. Using one product to do the job really nails it. Just ordered a D/A. Thank you.
Thank you, Brian, for taking care of Veterans and the great content you continue to make! This is my choice when doing single stage polishing. Use it with two stage as well as the Final Cut. Finish comes out amazing.
This vs Megs 3in1. I've done my share of full 3-4 stage paint corrections and man is that a long day. Unless the paint is absolutely jacked, the polish/wax/3in1"s are the way to go for a daily driver. Like you said, once around the car and move on. If this is better than Megs, I'd make the switch
i just love this product, did my sc300 and my moms accord and they look so good, so easier to wash after the ceramic is been cured, love the channel 👏👍
Excellent video Brian. I have been waiting to see how well this product works on a paint enhancement. It's definitely good stuff. My deepest respect to you for taking care of the veterans all year round. They deserve it.
What you said that you do for all veterans makes me like and follow your work even more. And thank you for always answering every question I have asked you
Been a gear head for over 50 years and this new Turtle Wax Sio2 is the easiest product I have ever used, outstanding results, I gave away two boxes of other brand cleaner, wax, stuff. TW is the best.
1:10-1:27 love this quote "I can correct a car with hand moisturizing cream" I agree. Brian is a pro and knows what he is doing. If it works, whats the problem? If a season expert used turtle wax and another uses Rupes, will you be able to tell what they used when they finish the job? Nope.
I think this stuff is pretty great....even just applying it by hand with microfiber towels, I was able to buff out all of the major swirls in my clear coat. There are still some minor surface scratches that are visible in direct light, but for a by hand application, I cant ask for anything better.
This excites me. I have a bottle of this on the shelf in my basement and I just picked up a Maxshine M15 Pro. Now I'm just waiting for the spring weather to show up so I can have some fun.
Brian, thank you for going the extra mile for our veterans.... Great job, as always! I agree 💯% on using whatever product that gives positive results. I believe that Turtle has really upped their game the past couple of years, and certainly carry and use some of their products when warranted. Thinking about trying Meg's D300 as first step, then follow it with Turtles ceramic polish & wax for a veteran customer of mine. Single pass with each product wouldn't break the bank, based on your reviews, should yield fairly decent results.... Your thoughts? As always, your reviews and expertise are truly appreciated! Sincerely, Jimmy Chauvin (The Mobile Detailing Perfectionist)
I use it, it's great. Mostly use it on the first detailing after winter because I also wash, magma, clay then polish+wax; because otherwise I'd be working all day on the car. Then I use polish, glaze and wax on following maintenance detailing when i don't clay.
Thanks Brian, I just got some of this today for my white Toyota celica, my paint needs buffing , but going to try some anyway. I like your comparison videos, and thanks for all the tips. Subscribed, they say wait 24 hrs after application to wash, and someone said finish with a damp microfiber towel to bring the shine out.
Love it how Americans respect Thier veterans. Not the same in the UK just not spoken about. Very proud of my relatives that served in ww2 commandos north Africa/ Monte casino/ intelligence and artillery
Thank you for your channel as I am fairly new here…really appreciate your real world approach and your practical way of showing different products and solutions! Love the turtle wax hybrid solutions line up!!! Thank you again for sharing !!!
Just going through some older video’s to see what you had to say about this TW ... I did a Van this past weekend and wow ... I used a white pad with DH and I was very pleased!
Wondering if anyone might know the answer to this -- I polished my car with this product last week, finishing in the evening. The car looked very nice. The instructions say that the vehicle needs to stay dry for 24 hrs to allow the product to fully cure. The car was parked outside overnight, and the next morning I found it was covered in dew. I toweled it off, but it was fairly wet, especially the roof and hood. I waited 24 hrs and then applied a coat of TW Ceramic Spray Coating on top. After applying it, to my eye it didn't look as good as it had right after I'd polished it, especially on the roof. Again, waited 24 hours, then applied a second coat of TW Ceramic Spray Coating. Then about 12 hrs later there was a flash thunderstorm in my area, and the car got soaked. The instructions say that both these two Hybrid Solutions products need a minimum of 24 hours to fully harden/cure after each application. So I'm wondering if this process got messed up by the dew/rain, and I need to strip it all off now and re-apply it?? My whole reason for doing it now was so I wouldn’t have to completely re-apply a coating to the vehicle during the winter months, instead I could just clean and maintain it. I called Turtlewax to ask them about it, and the person I spoke with said that I should remove the coatings and re-apply. But she wasn't a technical expert and I wasn't able to speak with a technical expert (chemist) on the phone. If I do have to remove it, I'm not even sure how best to go about it. Since I just put it on, I'm thinking it's not going to come off so easily. I have a traffic film remover type car soap (Clean Slate by Chemical Guys) but am suspicious that that won't be strong enough to totally take it off . And I'm really loath to polish it off, seeing as just last week I spent two days doing a two step correction with a machine polisher on the car. If anyone has any knowledge or insight about this particular situation I'd be grateful to hear it. Thanks!
I am definitely going to go this route with my wife's Honda Accord this year. I used Meguiars Ultimate polish and got great results using a Porter Cable 7424XP and a Orange Chemical Guy's foam pad. I think I will use the Uro 50/50 pad this next time If I need a foam pad to clean up any imperfections I might create with the Uro 50/50.
It was the one in the range that interested me the most and looks to be an excellent product. I plan to use in my post winter enhancement and will give the ceramic spray coating a try too👍
Wow, I just found your channel and I want to thank you for taking your professional time and the effort that you put into these videos. Yes I subscribed :) This is something that looks doable for the home car care guy and I am going to use both the product and techniques on my 2005 MCS. Nice work my friend.
Brian, thanks for going back to look at this product again! My question is on the TW Ceramic spray. I have a client that always tries to undercut me on price. Now I am always trying to be fair to people but he wants a ceramic coating. Normally I go with TS Moonlight which at least gives 25% Si02 and a higher level of hardness. So the question is could the TW Ceramic spray be 1 level below this offering a ceramic coating? I suppose I am skeptical to myself that a spray on can be regarded as a ceramic coating, especially retail level so hence asking a professional like yourself. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks Brian!
Hey Brian, I have used it twice 2012 Dodge Charger (Black) and it was impressive. What blew me away was the also black 2010 Chevy Tahoe.. 145,000 mile, beat up Government fleet vehicle. I used an Adams Swirl killer 21m and a Lake Country yellow polishing pad. Again keeping it real not saying its a100% correcting wonder polish, but when I say "freaking amazing" it was, and the entire shop was impressed. Parked a just off the truck new Ford Fusion (Black) next to it today and at 10 feet it had more gloss than the new car. This shit ain't no joke. Cant wait to try it with a euro fiber pad next.
For a tight budget, after washing rub in PB Blaster penetrating oil spray with a microfiber cloth, use rubbing compound for any small scratches, then the liquid Nu Finish wax from Walmart.
If this is a foundation, but lays down some type of wax - is it ok to apply their hybrid ceramic sealant right after? I thought the sealant will be more effective on a bare paint as a foundation compare to a wax.
Amazing video! I have used this product by hand and it was decent what I really want to know if it has any fillers in it? Certainly from polishing by hand I improved the gloss however it did not fill in the scratches which I think in certain scenarios is fine👍
Hack....wth hey a pro can use what’s available and make it work! Hoping to have some retailers with this in spring. Amazon wants 30 a bottle here in Canada.
Thanks for this really helpful and informative video. Ive been a big fan of the Turtle was hybrid solutions products this year, especially the ceramic spray sealant, but ive really been curious about the polish and wax. Haven't tried it yet and wasn't sure about how to best apply it. This video was super helpful and im really looking forward to seeing how it comes out on my gun metallic paint! And thank you for your service to veterans. That's very commendable of you. 👍
I just bought a 2014 kia sedona and Iits in really decent shape inside and out but a lot of scuff Mark's all over like some kept brushing themself over the side of the car I used this stuff buy hand and it hid 90% OF IT I KNOW ITS JUST A BANDADE AFTER A FIEW WASHES IT PROBIBLY SEE THEM AGAIN BUT ILL JUST PUT ANOTHER COAT ON STUFF HIDES THE SCRATCHES PRETTY GOOD
would you recommend, if time permitted on your own vehicle to let it sit 24 hours after the polish and then "layering" on a coat of the ceramic spray sealant?
Excellent video as always Brian I’ve just shot a video on the spray ceramic sealant I’m looking forward to using the polish in a separate video looks impressive 👍🏻 love from the UK 🇬🇧
Hi Brian , the more I watch you use the new TW Ceramic polisher the more I’m building the courage to use it either with a DA or by hand great vid ! One question did you change the micro fiber pad at all during the polishing ? Or did you use the same one for the whole car ?
any1 doubting TW there's the proof.hats off to them.they can compete with the big name brands at a fraction of the cost. have 2 give credit where credit is due. great video again buddy.
How many of have already tried the ceramic polish?
Apex Detail I have the polish but am waiting for winter to be over and the protection I put on to take its course.
Apex Detail I’ve used it on my Honda. Had dealership imperfections. Worked great. Can you top with a true ceramic or just their spray? Cause I like using it
I used it on my 92 miata with a griots wax pad to jewel the paint (learned that from you Brian, worked awesome.
Apex Detail can I use this on top of xpel?
@@dcasandman Great question! I can only imagine Brian could answer this very important question!👍👍👍
1:25 "I can correct a car with Hand Moisturizer" LOL! Worst part is that we all know you can!
😁
I’ve seen Irving with maguires do it
Kevin not Irving
It can also be done with plain old water.🙂
There is an AMMO video with Kevin Brown demonstrating polishing with hand lotion. The 200 "advanced" series is actually pretty entertaining.. though I'm not personally a big fan of the blunt, messy "mow down" techniques, but it can obviously be very successful.
👍👌✌
I would of laughed at a turtle wax products a year ago as “my dads wax” But since I started using seal and shine I have more respect for the product line.
“A professional can make anything work”. Brilliant quote Brian!!
Except for chemical guys polishes they are junk LOL
But why make anything work, when as a pro wouldn't be more intelligent and better time management to choose the best product they know to get the best results within a better time frame?... time is money. I wouldn't want to waste time making something work, when I know a better product works faster and I can get better results from.
Miranda and apex two legends in one comment thread!

I love your comment on pros making it work with anything. So true. That’s why pros are well, pros! Love it!
It’s great to see a product line that is affordable do such a great job in our ‘real’ world of detailing. Keep it up Brian!
Thank you Brian for helping my fellow veterans ❤️
That owner is going to blow everyone away at Sunday church!
lol!
Poor choice of words in America especially. Lol
Thanks for helping our great Veterans! 🇺🇸 Car looks great! TW made some great products with this lineup.
A retired Navy Chief here Brian. I was glad to hear that you always take care of Veterans and not only on Veteran's Day.
No one:
Brian: "I can correct a car with hand moisturizing cream"
😂
And torture test the heck out of it
He has a video showing it. It's the one that shows the importance of the pad being used. Look it up if you're interested.
Vince Laguno seen it already, thank you though.
I wonder what else is possible with hand moisturizing cream….
as a disabled american veterans I know how important a thank u 4 ur service goes a long way, u went above and beyond..hats off to you
Thank you Brian from the bottom of my heart for the treatment that you give to veterans in your area as a Retired Army Veteran myself.

Thank you Tom...I appreciate the kind words.🙂
Just did both my cars with this product. Easy to use, awesome shine & beading. Perfect for the hobbyist
I detail myself. And I got to say you did great. Love the video. You can never go wrong with Turtle.
Awesome video sir. Im a iraq vet completed 2 tours in iraq. Thank you for your support. And please keep making honest and great videos. Thanks for the info.
Thanks for supporting veterans!
I've used this polish and it works great. It was my very first time polishing also and it came out wayy better than I expected. I'd say this is an excellent beginner's polish.
Agreed, actually I never had better and faster results than this

What a difference and the ease of use is great 👍🏻 A professional can use anything that works and knows how to make a great finished product.💎
First off, thank you for taking care of the vets in your area! Secondly love how you tell it like it is in your videos. Keep up the good work.
I've been using this product and applying it by hand since it came out and I've been very happy with it - lasts longer than any product I've used before at an affordable price. Watching your application with this exact product using a D/A is especially informative and helpful since manual application is getting too difficult with aging hands. I bought this. It made my car look fantastic, using it as a base layer for the ceramic spray coating.
Thank you, Brian, for taking care of Veterans and the great content you continue to make! This is my choice when doing single stage polishing. Use it with two stage as well as the Final Cut. Finish comes out amazing.
Thank you from a veteran for taking care of veterans !

Damn Brian, that was a great opening. Thank you!
Thanks for supporting Vets!
i just love this product, did my sc300 and my moms accord and they look so good, so easier to wash after the ceramic is been cured, love the channel 👏👍
Thanks brian!! Soldier here would like say thanks for you support!! I do my best to help here in El Paso as well with Soldiers.
By far one of the best detailing CZcamsrs out there!! Subscribed!!
Man what a great turn around that color popped after that polish.
Excellent video Brian. I have been waiting to see how well this product works on a paint enhancement. It's definitely good stuff. My deepest respect to you for taking care of the veterans all year round. They deserve it.

Thank you for your dedication to service members.
Finally used it on black Honda your right super amazing results! On to TW spray sealant tomorrow!!!!!!
I think this stuff is pretty great....even just applying it by hand with microfiber towels, I was able to buff out all of the major swirls in my clear coat. There are still some minor surface scratches that are visible in direct light, but for a by hand application, I cant ask for anything better.
Fantastic turn around. Cost and time efficient. A real winner. I'm sure the owner was thrilled. Wait till he realizes it is staying cleaner longer.
This excites me. I have a bottle of this on the shelf in my basement and I just picked up a Maxshine M15 Pro. Now I'm just waiting for the spring weather to show up so I can have some fun.
I love your minimalist approach!
Sincerely,
Jimmy Chauvin
(The Mobile Detailing Perfectionist)
It would work. On softer clear ...you could also skip the d300 step.
Love it! Didn't pop Soo much on the test area, but man bun it make a world of difference when the whole car was done!
I have my "Vivid Black" Harley FXDR that I'm gonna try this stuff on, Turtle Wax does it again !!
Love the moisturiser flex comment. So good.
Hey Sissy. ❤️❤️
💪😂
WOW! Brian! Impressive...
I agree... they are heroes. My respect for you increases daily.💯
Love it how Americans respect Thier veterans. Not the same in the UK just not spoken about. Very proud of my relatives that served in ww2 commandos north Africa/ Monte casino/ intelligence and artillery
2nd.. now wait the appropriate time and top that beautiful burgundy clear coat with beadtmaker!! and it would look even more beautiful.
Thank you for your channel as I am fairly new here…really appreciate your real world approach and your practical way of showing different products and solutions! Love the turtle wax hybrid solutions line up!!! Thank you again for sharing !!!
It's not a bad product for the price. I prefer 3D Speed but the Turtle Wax is a decent product at a budget price.
This vs 3D SPEED would be a great comparison 😎. How is the wipe down on this?
Just going through some older video’s to see what you had to say about this TW ... I did a Van this past weekend and wow ... I used a white pad with DH and I was very pleased!
Wondering if anyone might know the answer to this -- I polished my car with this product last week, finishing in the evening. The car looked very nice. Can you do a video on correcting paint with just water and a pad? I’d like to see how much work different pads do by themselves
I plan on it. Water is a great natural lubricant. Let the pad choice do the work.
Sissy say your doing a great jobs to our vets, she will give you a Christmas bonus this year.
Thanks for showing something like this on a nine year old car and older!
Ve used the spray on lite red Chrysler 300 after correcting paint the shine and slickness was worth the 17 dollars at Walmart I used a 21 long throw
FANTASTIC - THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR VETERANS...............................
Wow! What a turnaround!
Perfect for a daily driver that will probably never see a hand wash. I need to get me some of those urofiber pads.
Wonderful video Dude.....................LOVE your Dog as well...................Both of you are OFF the HOOK !
Good review.I think I will give this a try. Some manufacturers are their own worst enemy with too many products.
Nothing like a beautiful Lincoln 🔥✊🏾
It was the one in the range that interested me the most and looks to be an excellent product. I plan to use in my post winter enhancement and will give the ceramic spray coating a try too👍
I just did my 95 black Corvette with this product. WOW! It’s an amazing product! I used an orange smart pad.
Just did a2009 ranger and. It turned out amazing. Also did a 2008 Jaguar xkr love the finish.
Wow, I just found your channel and I want to thank you for taking your professional time and the effort that you put into these videos. Yes I subscribed :) This is something that looks doable for the home car care guy and I am going to use both the product and techniques on my 2005 MCS. Nice work my friend.
For a one stepper that’s great👍
How does this compare to 3d speed. Thank you for the always amazing videos sir.
A more consistent cut...and better protection.
Excellent video, thanks for this awesome tutorial. It helps a lot.
Brian, thanks for going back to look at this product again! My question is on the TW Ceramic spray. I have a client that always tries to undercut me on price. Yes...it would be a small step below TAC Moonlight.
Hey Brian, I have used it twice 2012 Dodge Charger (Black) and it was impressive. What blew me away was the also black 2010 Chevy Tahoe.. 145,000 mile, beat up Government fleet vehicle. Doesn't matter if it's $5 or $100 if it works it works. Yes.
For a tight budget, after washing rub in PB Blaster penetrating oil spray with a microfiber cloth, use rubbing compound for any small scratches, then the liquid Nu Finish wax from Walmart.
Info much appreciated for us armatures!
Just liked and subscribed. Another great product from Turtle Wax.
I will definitely be trying this product out on my RED '98 Mustang GT.
I used this to polish out my glass as well
If this is a foundation, but lays down some type of wax - is it ok to apply their hybrid ceramic sealant right after? I thought the sealant will be more effective on a bare paint as a foundation compare to a wax.
Awesome job. I'll bet your customer had a smile on his face when he picked it up. 👍🇺🇸
Amazing video! I have used this product by hand and it was decent what I really want to know if it has any fillers in it? Certainly from polishing by hand I improved the gloss however it did not fill in the scratches which I think in certain scenarios is fine👍
LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
Hack....wth hey a pro can use what’s available and make it work!
Hoping to have some retailers with this in spring. Amazon wants 30 a bottle here in Canada.
Bryan, I am a big fan, but I would like to see you do some correction with hand moisturizer. That would be fascinating..
wait so i should use this 1st then put on the "Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating"?
This is perfect for most ppl daily drivers
Thanks for this really helpful and informative video. Ive been a big fan of the Turtle was hybrid solutions products this year, especially the ceramic spray sealant, but ive really been curious about the polish and wax. Gloss meter jumped !
Is it hard to tell when the panel gets dry since the product is so clear
would you recommend, if time permitted on your own vehicle to let it sit 24 hours after the polish and then "layering" on a coat of the ceramic spray sealant?
Excellent video as always Brian I’ve just shot a video on the spray ceramic sealant I’m looking forward to using the polish in a separate video looks impressive 👍🏻 love from the UK 🇬🇧
Hi Brian , the more I watch you use the new TW Ceramic polisher the more I’m building the courage to use it either with a DA or by hand great vid ! One question did you change the micro fiber pad at all during the polishing ? Or did you use the same one for the whole car ?
I use the same pad...but clean it out between every pass or two.
any1 doubting TW there's the proof.hats off to them.they can compete with the big name brands at a fraction of the cost. have 2 give credit where credit is due. great video again buddy.
