What I like with the cotton harvesters is that if you put them on a worker, they sort themselves out. No need to empty them with a tractor or something like that. So you can harvest other crops or what ever you want while they just keep on going.
This is one of my favorite maps ever. Except i play on a console so i have limits on how much equipment / buildings i can have. This is the only map ive ever had to worry about it. Do wish their were more USA maps in FS. Great vid, keep up the good work.
Dirty Rabbit I’m way late to this, but I’m in the same situation as you love this map but hate the slot limit. One thing I’ve learned to deal with the slot limit is NO JD equipment lol. It’s great stuff but the amount of slots they take up compared to MF/Case ect is insane.

I average 4 or 5 bales in largest field(s) @ $45,000 each. You can pay a day's rental fees with just one large bale. Bigest area takes about 2 hours game time. Good money for very little work. Just set up the worker and forget until done. Thanks Dagger, as always.
It's a job for the worker. On a big field I lease two case harvesters and set them both in the middle and make sure they turn the right way at the end of the field the go off and do other things

I have operated one of them pickers in real life and they are awesome I love them and when two are running in the same field there is a way to pick the cotton where you don’t run right behind each other
You could make some split screen shots. So we can see you and chainsaw at the same time. Like his recording left and yours right. Is gonna be awesome with some jobs like harvesting I guess.
what i was told from when i toured the plant where they make the deere cotton harvesters and cotton strippers, it folds so low so when they put to transport it on a trailer it can fit under things, but they only will put it like that if there are low things, power lines, trees bridges, ect
When you showed the top view of the picker the cotton was getting blowed into the accumulator and once the accumulator is full then it augury into the bailer part of the machine and it’s really like a bailer
I prefer the John Deere cotton harvester simply because I prefer handling round bales rather than square. The larger cotton trailers hold the same amount though, because they can hold 2 square bales or 4 round bales.

I didn't find a current price, but these cotton harvesters sold for around $580,000 in 2012. Giants has them way overpriced for some reason.
Normally a cotton harvester runs 4 mph and slower in good cotton and up so I’d say your lucky that cotton baler runs 6 mph

He was running over the left over plant. It's not needed in any sort of way, so it doesnt matter.
