Look like this is my story , same situation I am 29 yrs now and and suddenly got faint one day in 2020 got into hospital and was diagnosed as Type 1. Now in the same boat ⛵⛵ , I never had any medical completion or any disease in my whole life . lost weight from 75Kg to 63 . It's 2023 got my weight around 71kg and now its all about tracking your level checking your food ,every day is a fight 😔 🙏🙏🙏 . Kudos bro take care ...
