Hook is based on and has similarities to the 1991 movie of the same name, but isn't the same as the Sony Imagesoft Super NES cartridge.

There was this arcade game that was ported to the Sega Genesis, the final boss is some sort of alien looking thing, and you go around saving animals from poachers, ever think of doing a playthrough of the arcade version?

@@GameplayUploaded I found it! The name of the game is called Runark, but also goes by the name of Growl. I think the Runark version is 4 players

Not as good as the other successful beat ‘em up games (River City Girls, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Cartoon Network: Battle Crashers, etc)
