@@Nousos A savvy enough ork might. Same way a human might know that ork's grow in cocoons from spores in the ground. An ork might put two and two together as to why the females seem to guard specific children, that and most species reproduce via sexual reproduction, orks being an exception.
They are like a galactic failsafe. They rise or fall to the level of their opponents. If a threat emerges that actually threatens the galaxy as a whole, the orkz would evolve and krump them.
They themselves will never be that threat, as without a threat on the level of the war on heaven, they will devolve into something more manageable.
I love this perspective, they're like the galactic immune system
i like this with the tyranids invading it explains why the orkz are getting more and more agitated over time

And you bug lovers. Without love of what you do, your an organic robot who has no actual need. an Ork loves being an Ork. I love the orks and greenskins across the warhammer multiverse. In particular, how highly customizable their forces are. The way they craft their weapons and armor. They way the lads WAAAAAGH! Makes me feel like a kid all over again.
Edit: when I said the warhammer "multiverse " I meant extending to old world fantasy, age of sigmar and warhammer 40K. Also when I said they where highly customizable I was putting some kruelboyz models together and my friend remarked how even they had more customization than his necrons . 😄

They're both in my opinion. As others have said, Orks are the only race in 40k that're genuinely having a good time.

I have a question weren't the orks made to fight the necrons? So wouldn't make sense is they started get stronger since they reappeared?
The Krork were created to fight warp incursions, not necrons. Just look at the 3rd Edition Necron Codex which is the very first mention of Krorks.
They were actually created closer to the War in Heaven ending and the Necrons going to sleep.

are there any times where Orks have salvage space marine power armor & worn a cobbled cannibalized parts as its own orky space marine armor? or even with terminator armor suits?
There is a bit in brutal kunnin' where a nob 'fixes' a set of centurion armor. Mostly by cutting out silly bits he cant fit into.
