LOVING this content!!! W e need more inspirational/motivational CrossFit videos with athletes like this online!
P.S. I felt the exact same way about 24.3. I could do the scaled thruster weight but no pull-ups. Why no ring rows or assisted pull-ups as an option? Felt pretty discouraging. Ended up doing my own scaled version with ring rows and submitted a score with my first 10 thrusters since that matched the scaled option.
