Wow your boys are growing up so quickly . My tommy he had his first day of school I took him to school this morning and dropped him off at the gym there was other kids in there and he will wait for his teacher he's excited about school. Yeah it's hot here in Arizona today 115 yesterday was 106 . So very glad your doing this I am proud of you Sharlene .. have a great day 😊💞

I want to become a realtor but I need a flexible schedule since I have kids.
That’s one of the reasons why I got into this field is because of the flexibility 🙌🏻

@@OK-kf7bf So as of right now, we pick what day & time we would like to do a floor shift and I picked my 3 days out of the week that I wouldn’t mind being in the office (this gives them an idea on when to put me on the schedule for the month) and it’s a shift of 3 hours which is great and every month I can change it up or even work more if I want to or work less if I’m not able to as long as I have someone to cover my floor shift.

Hi! I can definitely answer that for you!
