These are the best chickens ever. Great personality. I raised them in Spokane WA 30 years ago. Am starting them back up again next year in Alaska.

I always enjoy your videos on chickens. One thing I would like to see it the chicken itself. You were pointing out all of the breed details of the bird, but you were showing Brian, not us the viewers. We do have very good view of its butt and feet. You talked about the colours, but we never saw them really. Same with the wings, feathers, beard, etc. Brian is raising them, he already knows what it looks like.
When discussing a breed maybe you could turn the bird around or place on a table as you point out the breed specifics. If you want the viewers so see a chicken and say "Wow, that is the chicken for me. I want to raise those!" Let us actually see the bird. I really do enjoy your videos. As this one talked about selection, maybe a future video comparing 2 birds and pointing out to us why once bird over the other is chosen to keep for breeding.

I tried to find Windy Ridge on Facebook and it came up with many sights. I'm a huge Faverolles fan.

Greetings from Germany ! Hope to get more of this stuff ! Very interesting for me to get the sight from U.S. For myself i´m breeding the Mechelner Cocoo chicken. Very good performance and very old breed, coming from Belgium.

Do the roosters have spurs, like other roosters?

Are there Faverolles breeders on the East Coast (Northwestern Penn./Western New York ) that you are working with ?

Lost interest quickly looking at the roosters butt, listening to this guy shouting while the most interesting info could have been told more quickly and in half the time. Plus the rooster looks uncomfortable.
