I would have put Ramires vs Barca in place of Torres all day long. That goal was as good and important as Drogba's header vs Bayen Munich final.
@@josp7502 I agree. At that time in the match, we were imploding. Cahill injured and off, Barca score, Terry sent off, Barca score again. The commentators were predicting a humiliation. Ramires had also only just been booked so would miss the final if we got there. He was playing as a makeshift right back and put all self pity aside to make that amazing charge forward and what a finish too. Torres late goal sealed an amazing comeback and made it safe. But it was Rambo's crucial strike that gave the team such a boost when it was looking a hopeless task.
Ramirez' goal had already qualified Chelsea for the finals. Torres' goal was just an icing on the cake. Ramirez' goal was more important.
Goosebumps.... we all have one thing in common... we love this club.
