- Everything in this video is performed by professionals! I entered a demolition derby 🤣 In this video we will be doing a little bit of prep work on the Chevy HHR I will be running in the derby! This includes adding my stickers, welding the bumper, painting my roof sign, and getting the hood bolted down. Big thanks to @BozarthAuto812 for getting this car derby ready and letting me make it my own!

Just from the sound of the welds it seems to be set up pretty good I'm a retired certified welder the thin to thick welding takes practice

Now I can’t say I’ve ever been in a demo derby but my friends and I like to race circle track school busses. Some of those busses very modified and alotta hp. Including mine cause it’s like a toy lol. Also cool paint jobs haha. There was a video that went a little viral a couple years ago of us. It’s pretty sweet tho.

Great workwomanship Grayce! I did hear and see some great welds at the start of the video! I’m thinking someone else did those “quality “ welds towards the end! 😃. Cuz I know you’re a farmer, welder, photographer, and a great CZcamsr! Hope you had fun in the demo derby! And hope you’re not too sore..especially neck pain. Been in a few demos myself! Great vid! That guy just always looking at the welder his poor eyes
most shops just use that cheap white masking tape it doesn't hold crazy so they come off easier and most have enough masking tape you can actually line them up to a straight line cause there not all cut out like that and then pull that thicker white plastic off only a little stick the masking tape and pull the backing off then squeegee it on slow ly removing bubble as you put the vinyl letter on, but you did a good job for probably never doin git before.

Ran the street stock class that night and didn't catch the mini car heat. What put your vehicle out and I'm going to guess it was the front spindles.
