Came out a little conservative in round 1, and had a trip on the double unders (hit the grass as predicted) but besides that a solid effort. Only had 12.5 dumbbells so really knew I had to push and treat it like a burpee workout almost. Unfortunately muscle memory had me swinging the dumbbells and lowering the first like I would with a heavier weight instead of just blasting through them. Fun one! Give this one a go!

Seit Januar 2024. Dabei deine Workouts geguckt und dann selber nachgemacht. Meistens 23x die Woche. Oft den Hometrainer ( Spinningbike) mit eingebracht .
