The evergreen Christmas tree, symbolizes the human form and eternal life. The ornaments are the dreams , the color of the ornaments ,the 7 levels of consciousness. The long spiraling red band going to the top is the kundalini.The string of pearls, wisdom. The star on top, Enlightenment. Thus describe the Great Masters of old this ancient symbol and yes, the first tree was a cedar.
