Great tips! You're the only one I've found on the iternet who does such good videos in this genre. There's lots of metal but not a lot of death and black etc so love your channel for it \m/
I will, thank you! The big channels don't go heavier than Death and thrash bands, but the thing is that it's after those genres that it gets hard to learn it by ear
I need a little help. I've been trying to get this guitar tone for months without using computer programs just Amp. Can someone tell me how to get this tone or how to get close to it?
What bands would anyone reccomend to sound like that intro part? I haven't done much lead but this looks like the kind i can get proficient with. Any help is apreciated
Floyd Rose is only for ornamentation, expression etc :) but I'm interested in melody and harmony How to build solo that does not sound like BB King,Mozart or...country bluegrass :) even without F.Rose

The first riddim is an actual song? such great dirty soundz
I want to use this over black metal progressions. The only thing is that its often chromatic. What to do then? :)
Great video Simon. The linked video in the descritpion isn't working however.
Weird. I tried it and it worked ok...
Hmm, not sure what's going on then, it keeps telling me the video is unavailable
Well not found actually
How is that band of yours coming along? You plan on dropping an album soon? Sick solo btw
Thomas Munksgaard The album is out yes. Kyteler The Curse. It's on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play etc
Simon Guitarman Nice, got pretty high expections after that dank solo. Im checking out the album first thing tomorrow :)
Hope you liked it!

How about solos which are NOT neo classical or blues?
How make solos like...Morbid Angel on Formulas?
Good idea... I'd need a Floyd Rose for that sort of stuff..... don't have one. New guitar purchase maybe!! Any excuse.
