I don't think that thragg is more powerful than 500+ year old mark as the viltrumites grow stronger with age while mark was only 22-27(if counting reboot). Mark had centuries of time for both his body and combat experience to grow. Plus he somewhat defeated Allen in the end.
Thragg is not a *regular* viltrumite. He is a super soldier of viltrumites with several genetic enhancements and more intense training he got from childhood

pretty sure its not "the more powerful they grow over time" its "the older they get the slower they age" if it was the stronger they get with age, no doubt it would be conquest no?

Cos they tailed beast bombs ain’t doing shit😹 the Susanoo is getting one shot like how jigen did to sasuke’s susanoo. Taijutsu is out of the question, Madara can’t fly as fast or even as far as basic Viltrumites can, he’s not as durable as them, his healing is useless if Omni man can punch his entire body a 1000 times in the blink of an eye. One blitz head slice and Madara is gone. Yeah the truth seeker orbs are slow af, even minato could tag them and he wasn’t a Sixpaths character. So imagine what Nolan would do? Gengjutsu is a no go, Omni man would just pluck out Madara’s eyes. Face it Madara gets annihilated either way. Don’t even say the infinite tsukuyomi, cos the prep time is way too long and in a split second, Omni man could send Madara’s part round the solar system.

So we all agree that Battle Beast would’ve won with no prior injuries involved, right?
The more I think about this fight, the more I am sure Thokk had the upper hand.
The first thing I will point out is:
• Battle Beast was fighting to enjoy the battle and make the most of it. Thragg, on the other hand, was fighting for his life and his people. This is all according to Thragg and really just how the fight went down.
I think that says enough on its own, but I’ll continue anyway.
Another point:
• Battle Beast was doing more damage. From biting open Thragg’s arm, to his head, and so on, he was easily putting in more of a beat down than Thragg. No other part of Battle Beast was harmed during this battle- it was all the open wound he got from cutting himself out of nobility.
Next:
• The healing factors. Thragg’s confrontations with the Ragnars left his stomach sliced open, and he was healing from that as the battle progressed. By the end, both his stomach and head and sealed up pretty much all the way. On the other hand, Battle Beast’s opening (which was much larger than Thragg’s may I add, proportionally speaking), was exposed the entire time.
Even still, the battle ended when Thragg finally (after days) managed to reach up, pull out, and crush the heart of Battle Beast.
How can anyone look at all these points and not think Battle Beast was superior to Thragg. I remember somebody asking me, “Which one ended up on a cape?” Huh? Context is immensely important.
Anyway, what do you all think? This was an incredible battle.
