Lieutenant General Proscovia Nalweyiso: "I did not order Sipapa's arrest." | Sanyuka Uncut

According to Lt Gen Proscovia Nalweyiso, the top presidential advisor on defence matters, she did not order Sipapa's arrest who was charged with robbery and fraud despite what some have stated before. She continues by stating that although Sipapa was always feared due to his use of the names of prominent government figures, including the president of Uganda, he was detained as a result of his acts. Later on, she counsels the populace to break the practice of requesting favors in people's names.
