Same on the car insurance. It feels like they call me every other month with an increase. It was $119 a year ago, now it’s $230. Same car no accidents tickets or dui’s and I’m 46, been driving for a hot minute! 😂

It's terrible to say this, but - I'm glad I didn't go to college. The amount of debt you all are crushed between is heartbreaking. I was lucky to get out of debt eight years ago and get to a place where I'm SOMEWHAT ok... but all it takes is my car to get totaled or a grim hospital bill to kick me back.

^^ you need to work hard to earn money and keep lifestyle simple - save up 20% income for savings and retirement
10% to be put into investment (like stocks , T bills and fixed deposits or savings insurance )
Make your money work hard even when you are sleeping
You need to pay yourself first then use the money left from salary to pay bills as well as monthly expenses (30% for need and 30% for bills 10% for wants)
This sounds great but most people are barely scraping by and have other responsibilities such as children
