that monstruous voice on the monster tutorial is probably the "thing" that was gathering the broken toys part ( same thing who got the rests of mommy long legs after we killed her)
The Prototype, also known as Elliot Ludwig. He is manipulating the other toys, forcing them to kill survivors out of fear that he will assimilate them.
@@RakeV8 the funny thing is that we only get the tutorial voice with Huggy Wuggy ( dont know if we get it in the actual game with the rest of the killers, wasnt able to play as killer toy yet)
i mention Huggy Wuggy specifically since its description says on one of the chapters that he is very "obedient", also by telling him "they are hungry" he probably means his tiny huggy wuggys.
Super fun to get some "lore"? out of this, definetly! Cant wait for chapter 3
Also, i do not think that the Prototype is Elliot Ludwig. As far as i know, Ludwig was still alive while the creation of the prototype. The prototype is older than Mommy and Wuggy.
@@negentropyagent7337 I think Elliot passed long before the living creations. But I could be wrong.
@@goteamslugs Elliot didn’t pass away before them how could he when he’s talking on literal half of the companies tape
@@keanuk6171 That's Lieth.
just guessing, but maybe the reason why you as an ex-employee returned, was not out of loyalty, but fear that you would get in serious trouble if it became known, you knew and partook in what happened in the factory. you might also be one of the people who filed a lawsuit against them, and one of the agreements for your silence was you don't speak about what happened, whilst also excepting money for your silence. if it got out about your involvement and you excepted a bribe knowing kids/people were being butchered for profit...
Its a reason to return. Fear is the only reason i can think of when it comes to why an ex-employee would return-knowing what happened and what is probably still happening there.
I'm not sure. The way how the main game played out it seemed like they didn't know anything about the experiments. In fact the whole reason the employee is there is bc they're investigating the disappearance of all the employees. If they knew everything then why would they be sent a VHS tape and a note?
@@orion5445 blackmail maybe? unless you know what happened at the factory, you wouldn't even go there. first thing you would do if you received something stating missing people were still at the abandoned factory, well, wouldn't your first thought be too contact the police? why go out of your way? for all you know they could be held prisoner by a psycho. it's just weird that a stranger would just go out of their way like that over something they apparently knew nothing about. unless they knew something they didn't want anyone else to know.
@@Livingshadow2009 I guess it's just horror movie logic. You know the protoganist always gets involve in these things for themselves instead of reporting to the authorities.
That's true 😆
@@Livingshadow2009 i think ex employee wanted see by himself what happened to his co worker cuz if u say he contact thr police then why didnt police get involved after everyone disappeared for years
I have a theory, I think the reason why they don’t have robots to do the jobs in the factory is because they know about the monsters inside the factory and they are probably using their employees as a food source for the monsters to keep them at bay while also getting some free labor.
Thoughts
Pretty sure the toy parts machine was made and standardized before the Playtime Co. successfully created these monsters.
The fact that the voice in the Monster tutorial (possibly the Prototype) wakes Huggy up and later tells him to rest suggests that Huggy and the others may have most of the ten years between the Factory's closing and Poppy Playtime's main game in some sort of stasis
Something I find intriguing is that the monster tutorial narrator shares his voice actor with Rich, the disgruntled employee from chapter 1 and 2. Not suggesting a connection, after all several unrelated characters share voice, but I just thought this particular choice was interesting
All very true. All put into stasis until the Prototype woke them up, with the exception of Poppy. And eventually after these events, they would take over the factory.
So in chapter 2 their are slides labeled with employees' names. One name is scattered on the floor. Its been bothering me for months! But now there is a name that fits
What is it?
@@JW-no8yb the name of the doctor. Harley
It's possible the employee's name scattered on the floor is who we play as in the main game. All we know is the MC used to work there but not what job they held or what their name is.
@@rachelsheppard9122 Right. There's a chance we're playing as Dr. Harley.
@Rachel Sheppard maybe. There are some die hard fans and theorists who have went in the back page and found all the scrambled the letters. And this name fits.
I have an idea of what "The Staff didnt disappear, they are still here." The factory is still active and powered so that may mean something else aka the higher ups are deeper in the factory.
So this guy who orders this monster are like "he's a good guy or not" cus there is something or a reason behind why he want them to stop making more toys, as if he alr know whats gonna happend.
So the employees are the big toys and the orphans are the small toys? Well maybe that explains Kissy Missy’s behaviour in Chapter 2. If she’s an adult than maybe she learned to move on from the anger and pain regarding what happened to her. Maybe she’s the only employee who’s decided to forgive and forget. She probably recognised the Protagonist as a fellow employee.
I still hanging on the idea that the giant toys and small toys are orphans since Chapter 3 teaser have children screaming in the background.
I believe Huggy never actually went rogue or was acting out of control, rather he was doing his job as a security guard and getting rid of us, the trespassers. We know that Huggy was the most obedient out of the experiments, so it wouldn't make sense for him to kill us out of craziness, unless he was instructed to kill intruders. Now apply that to Kissy Missy, since she's supposed to be Huggy's counterpart, she's most likely obedient to the staff as well. Which is why she helps open the door for us, she's probably being told to assist staff all around the factory.
@@egg7540 see, there’s contradictories to that. We are an ex-employee and thus an intruder, so Huggy should have wanted to kill us right away and not help us by giving us a key. When Kissy Missy first appears, you hear the same alarms when Huggy started chasing you, meaning she was also a form of security meant to kill an intruder, which is you. And yet, she doesn’t do anything. Instead, she double takes you as if you look somewhat familiar to her, while calming soothing music plays in the background, as she leaves, she takes another lingering look at you and still doesn’t attack you. This means that by the time of Chapter 2, Kissy is not so obedient anymore and acts by her own will. So maybe because of that, she recognised the Protagonist as an employee she used to work with and was close friends with him and didn’t attack him because they were friends and also because she’s had enough time to learn to forgive and forget what’s happened to her.
@@lizletilburn6011 My bet with Huggy giving us a key to go further in is so he could kill us while we're deep in the factory, rather than close to the entrance, so there's no evidence of us being there.
As for the alarm, it's most likely what goes off when the big door opens up, since it turns off seconds after the door is finished opening.
The reason Kissy paused to look at us is most likely to wonder what we want. Because immediately afterwards, she looked at the lever, put two and two together, and pulled it, letting us in. She didn't think twice about who we are because she's been kept away from normal factory workers like most of the other experiments, and wouldn't have to worry about who she's taking orders from. And I believe the ex-employee we play as is just a normal factory worker, and not a higher-up who's worked with the experiments, given how the premise of the game is how we're meant to find out the secrets of the factory.
@@egg7540 I think the ex employee was manager or a head of department. But I feel it's people like the CEO or the people in charge of/involved in the experiment would know the secrets.
They look like they are wearing biohazard suits
Edit: also the whole thing might be a test just like they tested the orphan children. To see if they'd work as test subjects.
Edit: 2 I bet the voice was The Prototype.
Or for some reason the failed toys need to eat humans? I can't imagine why they would have to eat humans specifically instead of like pigs or why they would need to eat at all. Or maybe they are getting rid of employees who were asking too many questions by giving them a "promotion".

@@WhitneyDahlin oh God Jacksepticeye is next 😂
Nah. It sounds like an edited version of Dr Harleys voice.
@@MillieBlackRose AKA Marcus. Don't say God's name in vain please.
True. How could they survive abandoned in a factory for a decade without any sustenance? Unless they fed on each other . .
I hope the devs change the survivors character model. It’s such a BLAND asset. It looks like one of those wood posing sketch tool.
Yes. But never underestimate the power of the mannequin.
I think it's perfect. There is SOOO much potential! And it matches the toy aspect
Let me note quickly that “Doctor” doesn’t have to be in the medical field. This can apply to teachers, and anyone who has a *Doctorate’s* degree.

Interesting, now I feel bad for all the toys, they are just victims. I hope we learn more about the employees.
Never played this before, but why do they where Hazmats in the cutscenes but look like Crash dummies in the game lol
cause it is under development.
It looked good in the advertising and by giving people these "wooden dolls" a lot of people would buy the customisations they're now selling.
They gotta make money from a (currently) free game some how I guess.
Even if the creation of the toys is similar to FNAF in some ways I still like how they executed the game.
i do wonder, this voice that tells blue guy to get up. why does it say, they are trying to build more toys, more like "you". if that voice were a toy, wouldnt it say more like us ?
Hmmm reasonable assumption
It also referred to humans with slight disdain as though to say "I'm not a human and I hate them."
Maybe it’s the Prototype. Maybe because it’s a prototype, it doesn’t see it self as another “toy.” Or it could be something or someone else. Honestly, I kinda want the Prototype to be a “good guy.”
So the biggest question would be who’s controlling the toys or are they acting on there own while
I like this and I like the idea of projects going wrong for some reason too for games.
I think Project Playtime is like Dead by Daylight
Edit: I also love how in Huggy Wuggy's tutorial the voice grew more agitated each time it was telling him to get up,and by the third time it's like: "Are you deaf? Get off your lazy ass and get your brethren some food!"
The doctor sounds like Tony Jay, the guy who voiced Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre dame
Am I the the only one that still thinks Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy are really cute
Nope they still adorable
just a theory but a toy being broken doesn't mean it's dead so the voice is repairing them because being trapt in a broken toy would be so much worse. also it has to keep the toys it has some control over around to control the completely feral ones.
smh your voice is so calming it's amazing
I've been looking for this video from you since Monday. Then I don't catch it until hours later lol
Hey love these theory videos Gamersault! What if Harley/the doctor is experiment 1006 and the voice instructing the toys?🤔
This did serve as a good explanation to what Playtime Co was doing just before both the massacre and the player character arrives
Why not try Bondee's Barnyard, it's short but there's seemingly a story
Hi GamerSault I love this and I hope you have a good day and you are awesome
Waited for this!!!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜❤️
the voice could be the same because it's the same person first stopping the company making more toys. then trying to have the ex-employee find and reveal the truth. maybe release the or put to rest the other toys. it seems to give instruction but can't directly control the other toys.
tbh mommy is the scariest monster rn
I’m pretty sure the puzzle tower things are designed for the orphans I mean the only other options would be for the monsters (which I don’t think they can use grab packs) or it’s just a ruse sacrificing the player to distract the monster. Especially with the play station I think it’s pointing towards the kids using them. The real question is what’s so important to send players in to retrieve these toys?
Hey gamersalt you should do a vid on the animated short “theres a man in the woods” it’s a really good vid topic
Idk but that sounds scary , I’m about to search it up lol
@@samanthagonzales1712 it's actually sad and shocking
Leith pierre got to meet the employees that's why he used to introduced... 🤔 So that means there's someone who recruit these people down in factory...
The voice of the doctor sounds like the monster !
Nice vid
Hello R im Folks, your listener
I have a theory that the main character from chapter 1 & 2 was the last test subject to be created, but the different Is his still human, but has toy parts inside of him. That gives him immortality, which allows him come back and turn back time every time he dies. But the prototype freed the other toys, then they killed all the scientists and all the employees. Then the main character escaped, but the prototype sent a package/message to the main character to come back.
I thought of performing a combo instead using the elongated grab pack hand to push little huggies back to the holes squeeze one with a good grasp and shoot it from one hole to another or into the wall so the guy could meet a smashing fatality. I'm gonna take that back if there`s too much of them and that wouldn`t make sense.
The gameplay has some dead by daylight vibes
Why does your face look like gigachad? And your voice is so soothing
It now makes me wonder who was turned into boxy boo

Why does the Intercom guy sound like Xycron
I think that voice will be the doctor after turning himself into a toy
This may just be me but wouldn’t be easier to send in security armed with assault rifles and shotguns to kill these toys than trying to avoid them because one they’re not invincible, two it would probably be cheaper, and three it gets rid of the toys that could escape and start killing customers.
They don't care about customers they want MONEY
But yeah
@@hiroshell7973 yeah but how are they going to make money when their toys are killing people who would buy from them?!
I'm late more story! 👌🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
Why do i feel like that huggy walking past the train was him after he fell off the raptors while chasing u
maybe they use people because they can't make a smart enough ai that would explain why they transformed the employes instead of making smarter toys or machines to run the factory.
That voice that's instructing huggy woggy it sounds like Killy Willie
Harley's the Prototype
That's my line of thought.
However, I want to know what happened to Ludwig and where he factors into this because I'm wondering if he was made into an experiment himself at some point to enable others to have full control of the factory - like Harley, Leith and Stella for example.
We know Ludwig built the factory, created Poppy, set up the orphan program, he was the one experimenting on reviving the dead - but what happened to him along the way?
When did Ludwig himself stop experimenting and appoint his researchers, The Doctor etc.?
We hear a lot from Leith and Stella, but Ludwig seems to be very much in the background (which is odd for a company founder).
There's no mention of Ludwig's death so far, but I wonder just how far reaching Harley and the other's power actually went.
@@DiscoTimelordASD you know, that would actually make a lot of sense...
