Inosuke imo is the most underrated character in Demon Slayer. Both Tanjiro and Zenitsu had former Hashiras as their masters. And most of the other characters too. But Inosuke? My man INVENTED his own Breathing Technique whilst being raised by Boars. And his Beast techniques are the toughest ones to implement as they take the most toll on Body. Manga readers might understand.
Imo Zenitsu sucks as a character. Grope humor gets old really fast, and that’s like his whole schtick

I like this comment, I cant argue against it but Zenitsu is my favorite and the idea of mastering one single technique making it far deadly than any previous thunder breather is just my kinda thing. Overall there isnt a character in Demon Slayer that I disliked, well maybe upper moon 5. The idea of self taught is always impressive and because there is no record of beast breathing anywhere it gives him an advantage because demons be like "dafuq is dis"

Inosuke was runner up to MVP in this movie. he and Rengoku hard carry the team.
Tanjiro would have died multiple times had Inosuke not been there. He really made a massive difference

Inosuke is actually a genius in my opinion, he lacks common sense which is natural since he was raised by boars but he learned how to speak just from listening to the elderly grandpa in the manga omake, he also taught himself swordsmanship. Best boi ever.

Imagine if he did learn and develop like a normal human and still invent beast, at that point he would've been one of the top 5 strongest characters.
Or as I like to call it, he has Goku's smart. He lacks "common sense" but he's a formidable warrior who is creative and can adapt while fighting.

Inosuke is so strong with his sense of touch he knew the train was the demon the entire time. That is why it was the enemy in his dream. Also this song is fantastic!

Well actually even before that. When he first saw the train in the last episode of the first season he assumed the train was some sort of beast or demon. His instincts were right.
Kinda assumed he’d be able to tell better than anyone else because he did the same thing back when they were facing the Spider Demon Family. He just had a goofy way of interpreting what was really going on which ties to why he was able to awaken so quickly-with the help of Nezuko’s fire, of course.
Plus he’s like...a wild animal in a human’s body so yea

later on in the manga, his most prominent mask-less sequence is hands down the best Inosuke moment in the whole story, and after that I kind of hoped he would never put his mask back on. Inosuke learns a lot about his past and finally starts to accept the fact that he's a human, not just a wild boar.

Inosuke is the most underrated character in Kimetsu No Yaiba. We all know Tanjiro and Zenintsu already have their own separate fanbase and how they are really2 loved by the fans, but the same can't be said for Inosuke. He is seriously underrated both in strength, character development and popularity. Both Tanjiro and Zenintsu were trained by former Hashiras whereas Inosuke made his own goddamn Breathing Style i.e. Beast Breathing while being literally raised by wild boars. As for character development, he is seriously well written. *Spoilers alert*
When we first met him, he was a very annoying character but as the anime progressed, he kept on growing and growing. He started socializing with people, he started understanding things better and by the Mugen train arc, he was improved a lot as compared to when we first met him. Then we have his backstory. Mannn, his backstory is really sad. His mother was tortured very badly by her husband and because of this domestic abuse, she ended up running away. After she ran away, she found a cult. This cult was under a man called Doma. As she spent time in the cult, Doma started to grew fond of her. He loved her. But one day, she found out that Doma was a demon. He was the upper moon 2, and she ended up running away. At the last moments before her death, she dropped the baby Inosuke off a cliff into a river, thus giving him a chance to survive. This backstory of Inosuke was revealed by Doma himself when he ended up fighting with him. At this fight, Inosuke was so mature. The emotions of Inosuke in this fight was really strong. And after Doma was defeated by him and Kanao, he actually cried remembering his mother. This scene made me really proud him. He finally matured. Then after the final battle ended when Tanjiro becomes a demon, the way he shouts how Tanjiro is their best friend and he should not attack them, it really was emotional. So, I believe Inosuke has one of the best character development in KNY. And lastly, his popularity as a character. As a character, he is overshadowed by others. He is overshadowed by Tanjiro, Zenintsu, Nezuko. I m not saying that I hate these characters, but I just feel bad for Inosuke. He deserves more spotlight.
His development from just a wild boy who runs around in a boar mask to someone who grew to care for his friends and comrades is just amazing. And the part where he declared to Muzan that he wants him to pay for all the lives of the demon slayers he took is one of the parts that I personally love.
Simply said, Inosuke is an incredible character!🤩

Yeah, he is definitely underrated, and I have to say, I really don't like him either. I just hate characters who constantly think they are the best, being arrogant and so on. And all his screaming can get pretty annoying. I also think it's because he lacks some strenght. He just feels like the weakest out of those three, but still thinks he is the strongest. Hope in the progress he'll be less awful, tones his arrogance down massively and just be more likable. And yeah, I read the manga, he had many awsome moments there, but as for now, many KnY fans only watched the anime. Thinks thats the main reason he's being underrated.

Upon watching the anime and reading the manga, i realized Inosuke's the PERFECT support character, every fight that he's into, he makes a massive difference and always helps out in multiple ways, but he never had his solo epic fight, which is sad tbh, he deserved it
throughout the entire manga, the only one who fought solo was zen (tho a kid pillar did too, but he’s a pillar). But again, his opponent had just become a demon a month ago that point.
Also fighting solo is somewhat inconsistent with the msg the author wants to deliver to us; he wants to point the importance of brotherhood and cooperation in dealing with challenges.

The Enmu fight felt like a real closure for the movie because how every character had their part in the fight. In combination with stunning animation and fantastic ost it really felt like the final battle. Crazy to think that the movie yet had to peak and really 'started' when Akaza appeared.
