    This is the part I've not completed myself. I've stripped them but haven't installed one yet, so thanks for uploading. Thanks for reminding me to pick up a vice for my cranks! 😆😆🤣

    Do the crank bearing race in the kitchen. Stick the crank in the freezer and the race in the oven. Use oven gloves instead of pliers and just drop the race straight on…

    Smashed a crank in 81. Didn’t use a feeler gauge to set the replacement. Did I get lucky it didn’t seize 😂😂

      Maybe, they don’t normally seize, but they tend to rub and not spin freely

      I like to work to 0.5mm each side as a min up to 1mm

    What was the crank to case tolerance, that you measured with the feeler gauge.
