One blink takes 0.1 second. Lets consider one "move" being one step, it means he made 3 steps in 0.1 second which converts to 30 steps in one second. Average step is around 0.8 metres long, so Balance can actually travel 24 metres in a second which converts to 86.4 kilometres per hour. Man, Balance is fast.
