Your content is gold! I plan to start my own small MSP in San Diego county and your work inspires me every time I watch!

Great mini-tutorial. Best thing: you can choose to save the diagram in PNG format. This way, the diagram is viewable directly in Windows Explorer or you can insert it into any document straight away. And the PNG remains editable at any time.

I love this software but was not familiar with the scratch pad - that will definitely get some use! As a way-back Visio user that can no longer justify the price, this is first diagramming tool I've found that I like better. Thank you open source.

Nerd-on alert! As soon as you said "they even have rack icons so you could use this to build out your rack designs", I needed a cold shower.

Thanks, beats the heck out of making boxes and connecting them in the "tool" I was using!

I'd like to request a full network map tutorial with an HQ, Colo, and secondary site. I'd love to see what you would do and hear your input as to what needs to be included. I struggle with not going too far with my network map's.

Curious if you tried the export as PDF option. For me it seems that it visually will show nicely in a 8.5” x 11” but once exported as PDF the resulting PDF does not fit the frame.
Not sure if just myself or not, so asking a second opinion

As this app is predominantly online These guys are capturing your data so be careful with IP addressing and intellectual property etc. as you may leak sensitive information.

I do not use most apps that are online and require authentication!
They ARE making money on anything you do there, SO:
Are you getting anything besides pretty forms?

You can download it and run it locally and they don't require authentication
