something that helps me get through these long days are laid back vlogs. in a way, they make me feel like I'm not alone & serve as a reminder that this is a global pandemic & a lot of us are feeling the same way.

Girl I totally understand I get migraines too and they are the absolute worst, especially when they last all day and eventually go to the ER cause my body won’t keep in fluids. I went to a neurologist a couple years ago and CHANGED my life. They recommended neproxin and it will completely take away the mine grain after a full Gatorade, the medication, and a hour of sleep. I got sick at a dance comp so I did that process and was on stage an hour later. I get the same light sensitivity as well as I loosing my vision and the ability to speak. Blue light glasses totally helped but I think going to a neurologist will change your life. Lookin our for you girl, love ya! 💞
