  • Zeus presents Rampage for the Arcade played on my PS2, a true classic from the golden era of arcade gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.
    Year of release: 1986
Classic game, a bit dated looking i feel but still worth a go.
Control 1 of 3 characters, destroy every building in sight whilst eating humans, crushing tanks, bashing helicopters, grabbing people and stuff out of the buildings, but beware, not everything you eat is safe.
Great laugh in 3 player co-op mode, bash each other and even eat each other for a final insult, good laugh!
Having played the arcade machine many times, i can safely say that this ps2 version is pretty much arcade accurate.
Hope all you Arcade fans enjoy this upload.
Please note: NONE of my game uploads are emulated in any way whatsoever, they are 100% original recordings by myself taken directly from the original hardware the game was intended for, that way you know you're watching the real thing (but not in this upload, ps2 emulation).
I will also always state weather i am using any cheats in the game, if not mentioned then i am not using any.
Check out my channel ( / zeusdaz , dedicated to gamers who loved the games of yesteryear.
Switch to 480p for best video quality and feel free to leave comments on my channel and vid's.
Keeping the memory of the Arcade games alive!!!

This is simply the best I've ever seen. That's seeing all 3 players at once, on the screen. It was great to see Lizzy, revert from giant lizard to human woman. 🦎

Este juego lo jugaba de pequeño en mi Máster system y era de mis favoritos junto al Double dragón

Up to three simultaneous players control gigantic monsters who were formerly human. The game's protagonists are George, a King Kong-like gigantic gorilla transformed by an experimental vitamin, Lizzie, a Godzilla-like dinosaur/lizard transformed by a radioactive lake, and Ralph, a giant wolf, transformed by a food additive. As monsters, they need to raze all buildings in a high-rise city to advance to the next level, eating people and destroying helicopters, tanks, taxis, police cars, boats, and trolleys along the way. The mutants' goal is to destroy every city which they come upon. The game has 768 days of destruction and some of them are alike.
Warner Bros. currently owns all rights to the property via their purchase of Midway Games.
This game was inspired by the monster film King Kong, the kaiju film Godzilla, and the platform game Donkey Kong. In turn, Rampage inspired a 2018 film adaptation of the same name.

If you had Larry along with the grabbing preferred human mechanic, it should of been business women.

First played this on the Atari ST. A lot of fun! I wrecked all of the toys I got as a kid, so I kind of understood this game. Which one are you playing, anyway?

I'm Ralph, my mate is Lizzy and my wife is playing George.
Atari ST version was brill, the amiga versions characters were drawn terribly, they looked like they belonged on the Nes.

How do you do 3 players on PS2?

    • @ZEUSDAZ
      @ZEUSDAZ  Před 4 lety +2

You need a 4-way PS2 adaptor, it plugs into port 1 and allows 4 players at once.
