🎙️ Bamby Salcedo, our President/CEO, read an excerpt of her poem "Aquí Estoy" ("Here I Am"), aired 7/23 on KWMR Radio's "Mesa Refuge," conducted by Lyons Filmer.
🦋 In the poem, she reflects on the struggles of growing up in an environment that regularly attacks and vilifies trans people and how she found empowerment to uplift the TGI community through her struggle and experience.
