Hamed was like a smaller Roy Jones but both eventually lost to fighters that figured out how to beat them. Jiri is a beast in striking but he needs to have some solutions for the takedown game before he messes with Glover. Jiri's half guard game is basically stall and control the punching hand, then eventually bridge to get to knees then stand up and Glover will exploit that. But in stand up, his reach and ability to hang out on the outside then let opponents run into his long cross or front kick, then blitz follow up is beastly.
I totally agree about 205 getting better after Jones left. Same thing happened when Khabib left behind a division of total killers.
