Oh, that's a rare one. An East German crossing, in which the blinking light, usually situated in the St. Andrews Cross itself, got re-directed to an old West German signal above.

this is technically the way how all WSSB crossings were meant to look after 1992, because of the StVO (German Highway Code) eliminating the original WSSB look. so some of them were converted but thankfully not all.
