Why is vegetas power level higher than gokus during the cell saga? Goku was a whole league above vegeta at that time
Vegeta had that half failed transformation like trunks did, made him much stronger but much slower so it wasnt usable

Vegeta pre-earth visit, did not know how to suppress power levels. That was a technique he learned while on earth. Instead of saying full power, it should probably say angered but at that point he had lost a lot of power during the battle with Goku. You also keep increasing power level while they do their power attacks. They use power or charge an attack but they use up their power with each attack. and in the millions during frieza saga? Frieza had 1 million and that was a big deal. Goku didn't get to million until after he transformed into super saiyan.

I want you to use your brain for a second if Goku was 150mill in ssj1 which was confirmed and ssj1 is a 50 x multiplier than his base would be 3mill and Frieza was at 120mill at his peak in the Frieza saga it was clearly shown that Goku at full power using kaio x 20 was equal to 50% Frieza who would have a power lvl of 60mill which lines up cuz 60mill / 20 = 3mill

I love how he somehow thought of Raditz saga instead of Saiyan saga also daang the power levels make so much sense even though a teen Goku could kill Baby vegeta atleast the rest of the saiyan saga is correct wait nope they think taking off a hat or one piece of clothing or a special attacks make them stronger scratch that.
Vegeta couldnt increase/decrease his power level in the saiyan saga. His power was 24k (until he transformed to the oozaru)
His power level was stated to be 18k that's why he was surprised when q simple low class base goku had half his power hence the over 9000 meme
And vegeta could increase his power exponentially he just couldn't ki sense and didn't have good ki control because it was never needed

This is why power levels dont work in anime. Most good fighting or magic anime there is no number its by feats of strength and fighting ability its easier to understand. Power levels can get blown out of proportion then you just cant compute at some point. Just my opinion you disagree or agree or add more or less id like to hear what others think

Sure, here's a simple recipe for sugar cookies:

Strange how Vegeta was so far ahead of Goku up until they met. Vegeta did probably endure a lot more intense training than Goku. But that gap reversed. Granted, Goku gained an upper hand on his competition because of all the special techniques Toriyama decided to give him. For instance, without the King Kai training and the Kaioken, there's no way he would have been able to beat Vegeta.
To be fair even with those techniques Goku didn't actually beat Vegeta. He would have lost if Gohan, Krillian, and Yajirobe didn't interfere.
