- Day #17 and after seeing yesterday's vlog entry, my wife Jamie had a good long talk with me and then I talked to my therapist who both helped me better understand what I was talking about yesterday and taught me some valuable nuggets. 😁

Oh my heart! I watched this in tears! I used to feel exactly that way when I was first diagnosed. Worrying about stigma and attitudes!! Lately in my new normal, I've been hit hard emotionally and YOU, my dear man have (in essence) been holding my hand in this incarnation. And truly makes me not feel alone. Your authentic self and willingness to be as raw as you've been has been such an inspiration and it sincerely, from the bottom of my heart encourages me when I watch!!

One of the 12 people🙋🏼♂️ (probably more). I always tell my clients this, and at first it sounds confusing but then when you really think about it; it makes sense.
“People care more than you think they do, and people don’t care as much as you think.”
Anytime you feel alone, there are so many people who actually care about you and love you. When we worry about others judging us or talking behind our backs, in actuality they really don’t and could probably care less. It’s just the insecurities that we are dealing with.
You’re doing awesome man! Hopefully one day you can see how talented you are, and realize that the things you’ve accomplished; most would only talk about but never pursue. Keep vlogging 🤙
Thanks Dame this really means a lot and is super helpful. I'm finally battling insecurities whereas in the past I either ran away from it or covered them up. It's been good though and way more positive than I expected :).
